I heard this is based loosely on the book by Louisa May, is there a major difference between the book and the plotline of the series?

A show that I enjoyed completely, I recommend for everyone interested in "criminal minds". I used to watch the American version of both mindhunter and criminal minds but this one stands out and is particular in some way. All cases are different, each of them gives diverse perspectives on the culprit's mind and behavior. I was particularly moved when I noticed that most of the victims are women and then children, this is so heartbreaking but it's the reality. Even now, I'm pretty sure it's still the case

This show reminds me why I'm so fond of Kdrama, 100 eps went too fast when enjoyed fully. Highly recommended

Flower of evil's ending is far away better than this one, this one has a completely shitty ending and so many unanswered questions

I was not hooked in this one at first, I watched 3 episode and then put it on hold, then after months I decided to give it a try and I've found its sweetness as long as I move from one episode to another. I became attached to the FL as I relate a bit to what she felt. She may overeact over everything but throughout the drama, we can see how deeply she was hurt and how her past affects her so much. I love how this drama portrays realistically love between two people dealing with mental issues, it's not as if they fall in love so their issues just vanished, of course they still struggle a lot but they're two to deal with it now and that is sooo comforting. Highly recommended for everyone who may feels anormal and a bit crazy but still want to be loved and to love despite everything
