I've been planning to watch Brain for a long time but it always got pushed out for one reason or another.I think I should watch it as soon as my exam is done.I agree about Shin Ha Kyung. He is indeed a very good actor.
Thank you for informing me about your new username :)

oh sorry for making it seem that I was recommending them.Actually I've only watched one episode or two for most of them as they are currently ongoing.I like how they started but I can't guarantee they will retain the quality throughout the series. So,nope, don't start yet, wait for me to finish them first :)
On the other hand, there is an old drama that I wish you'd watch when you are free-Suzuki Sensei.IT's a very bold school drama and I'm dying to know what you'd think about it ;)
As for the Legal High 2, I understand your fear.Indeed it is hard to re-produce the effect the first season had.But on the other hand,I do miss Komikado Sensei so...let's have our fingers crossed :)

oh I forgot to mention the recent K-dramas I finished.Flower Boy Next Door-a HUGE disappointment.I was bored to death.
That Winter the Wind Blows-I think the things I liked in this drama and things I didn't can be divide into two equal groups.
Nine Times Time Travel: I only watched the first episode and thought it was great! so put it on hold till it's finished airing :)
How about you?

Sorry for the late reply dear.My exam's coming and it's time for me to become irregular on MDL again.
I'm following almost ALL the ongoing J-dramas on this season.IT is convenient for me because they air only one ep per week and my studies don't get hampered much.A few of them are really good.I'm currently going through 'K-drama withdrawal syndrome'! yeah I've suddenly lost my willingness to watch any K-drama.They all somehow seems similar and boring to me right now! On the other hand the Japanese ones are light, funny and less complicated so I've decided to stick to them for a while. If you ever feel this way you can try Kasuka na Kanozo,Otenki Onee-san or Saikou no Rikon,Galileo 2 or Kogure Shashinkan. They are pretty refreshing :)
Btw have you watched Legal High SP?I'm still waiting for the sub.And there is going to be a 2nd season too!!!Can't wait!!
In "Full House" Ji Eun's friends sell her house, empty her bank account, and leave her stranded in a…
Even in that case, the person has to prove first that he has an insurable interest in the life or safety of that other person. But,yeah, may be as you said, there are some loopholes in the Korean law. Otherwise how on earth they use this kinda ridiculous plot to create complications and make it hard for the characters over and over again?!
lol!! nice article! Well my issues of 'Is this legal?' mostly arises with legal dramas(mostly in K-dramas).When I see them mercilessly ignore and violate all the established legal principles and conduct an emotional melodrama instead of the trial in the Court room. This totally ruins the fun for me.
I can forgive the 'crimes' in dramas of other genre most of the time by some made-up-excuses-for-myself.However, Hana Yori Dango was a classic example of denying every law and morals of society. The Japanese version even went to the extent of creating a situation of rape through the express order of the main male character!! I know in the drama all the brutality was covered up with the excuse of having a powerful family but I,as a viewer, couldn't can can't let it go.

Although it wouldn't be realistic,I wished to see Ji Woon and the prosecutor to be together.Overall the last episodes seemed to lack the care with which the writer wrote the first 14 episodes.

My only complain would be about the last 2 episodes. They involved a lot of flashbacks from the previous episodes & most of the time they weren't actually necessary. The legal procedure also seemed a bit weird.I don't know if the law is different in Korea but to conduct the trial of a previously closed case during the proceedings of another case shouldn't be this easy.It goes against some principles of law and to do such a thing requires very cunning and tricky method which I didn't find here. They should've simply re-opened the case in a different court.I wanted to watch more of the trail against Kang Dong Yoon.Although the evidence against him was strong,I wished to see the actual conduct of the case.In fact,in my opinion, Kan dong,Herya and Ji Soo should have been convicted and tries together. We also didn't get to see what punishment was given to the Chancellor.

I finished the Chaser. What a great drama it was!! The story was touching, intriguing, and fast-pacing.It was an ensemble of the most influencing characters I've seen in a drama in a long time. Each and every character was so excellently-written that I couldn't but feel emotionally moved with their stories.I was even mesmerized with the negative characters-not with their actions but with the way they were written. The dialogues were simply incredible. They were thoughtful, significant, and insightful and sometimes even metaphoric.
The acting of the cast was another aspect of the drama that impressed me.Each of the actors were perfect in their respective roles. They did such a good job that I can't think of anyone else plying that particular role in this story.

I wanted to watch Yi San but backed out when I learned it had a very sad ending.I have a weak hart you see ;)
I checked out some Japanese dramas for a change(as the ongoing K-dramas are too typical and predictable) and they turned out to be quite refreshing.I'm enjoy Karamazov no Kyodai and Saiko no Rikon especially.Tonbi was also good.
For the Spring season, I'm looking forward to Galileo 2 and TEN season 2...and of course, the Specials of Legal High and Rich Man Poor Woman :=)
