i know liking a person for his/her visuals is not a bad thing . but did u really have to comment like this ? his face is not suitable for a main lead ??? i think a main lead should be chosen for his/her acting skills not for his/her visuals ( sadly many viewers dont get it and they all look for eye candies . as a result actors with good acting but "moderate" looking face don't get the appreciation they deserve ). would u rather prefer an actor who has zero acting skills yet a very handsome face as a main lead?
also , sorry i didnt mean to come off this rude but your comment kinda pissed me off

i don't know why but right now i am watching this for eun ho and sol yi 's story , jiung and chae ran's story and if this two couple will take their relationship further than the friendship they have currently . also jiung and nj seems like they could be good friends . it's like they can understand and console each other well
i always found the main couple's story a bit mellow ( which i usually don't prefer . but these side characters made me continue watching the drama )
mind u - everybody has their own preference . just because i didn't like the main story well doesn't mean i am weird or the story is bad . it's just i don't find these interesting enough

i agree . he was more deserving as he had the brain and mentality one needed to win the game . BUT then this is a story and like the typical story line goes he is not eligible to become the "hero" because then the story would convey a bad message convincing viewers that in order to win they need to kill their morality .
if u think with your brain it will say sang woo deserved winning the game but when u will ask your morality / conscience / heart i guess if u say he still deserved it ....i wont say u r a bad person , rather i would say u have a different overview of life and morality .

if u r talking about the romance of tiger and rose then not at all . mayb the transmigration and fl trying to change the plot sounds similar but honestly there r tons of novels and dramas like that so it is not quite similar to tiger and rose

considering how good the dialogues of hwal and eul tae r the script writer keeps disappointing me with the character development of do yun and sang un . like come on , i know u can do better than this . don't keep using all of your brain while creating the dialogues for hwal and eul tae . leave some nice things for sang un and do yun too

i agree . honestly though being a master chef when he is blind may turn off many viewers but it was even explained in the novel that he worked HARD to reach that level of perfection after he heard he would loose his eyesight . the dedication and hardwork the og ml did in the novel was completely modified by the script writer . so sad about it :(

as a reader of the og novel i am disappointed that though the troop seemed unrealistic that was the main point of the male lead - his blindness and they changed it :(
now the drama feels like a skin with the soul being changed to me . it might have the same skin as the novel it's soul has been changed and now it doesn't feel like own to me :(
but i will check the drama out . what if it is good though it has been modified a lot . can't leave a good drama out due to slight disappointment

idk latest few episodes feels like filler episodes for me until they really reveal his identity to wanqing . i am soooooo eagerly waiting for that one scene but hopefully they wont leave me waiting for too long

sometimes it's not the script rather the relation with writers , producers and directors that the actor chooses . the director of the drama has some name worthy works like suspicious partner , wok of love , my strange hero . one of the script writer wrote a domestic hit - high kick . so i won't be surprised to know they chose the drama for the director or the writer

the main leads went from being unrequited love of each other in one drama to lovers in another , those who felt bad for them in yanxi palace can find peace in here :D

now that i have seen the preview of ep 12 i can't wait for next week to some soon AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

true . it is definitely slow burn but if one have watched many cdramas he/she would know how rarely good this drama in overall is

as a reader of the webtoon i HOPE the scriptwriter can modify/change the whole dialogue and story development while keeping the overall story of the webtoon . cause the details in the webtoon can be a headache to many . no hate to those who loved the webtoon but i want this drama to be successful cause all the actors casted here are my some of my favs . they always choose good scripts so i believe they saw some potential in the script but hope it is not the original story

true . either he is a total psycho who radiates the energy of a normal person OR he is a normal person but we thought he is a psycho due to the hints given by the production to confuse the viewers

ok eul tae is such a diverse character i sometimes get confused if he is an antihero or a villain

i am hoping for a slight romance but not like a serious romance . cause he lived 600 years for revenge and he still feels weird whenever he sees her sister remembering his dead wife .so if at this point suddenly he falls in love with her it will ruin the story or make it feel like stockholm syndrome or something
