Maybe it’s just not your preference, and that’s completely fine, because in the end everyone connects with a different kind of story. But there may also be people who enjoy seeing these actors in a lighter, sweeter, or more adorable storyline. Not everything always has to be the same style for the same actor. Just because they’re doing a less serious story doesn’t mean there’s anything wrong with it; they’re simply playing different roles and showing another side of themselves.
