I appreciate this show for trying something new, but there's just something about the pacing and editing that doesn't fully stick yet... its only 3 episodes so hopefully it will become better.
This is not a BL show, more of a queer show in general.
This show really reminded me of 'Tokyo Godfathers', where the theme is 'coincidence' because all the characters sooner or later will orbit around each other. The connections they made are great and also push the narrative for each character forward as well (even the dating app girl got a story arc XD).
Don't expect BL level of romance from the main gay couple. I don't even know if they genuinely love each other in the end, but still a great show.
Despite the ending , this is still a good film. The chemistry is electrifying , their dances are just oozing sexual tension and I'm happy they kissed (something we all wished happened in Cherry Magic).
I feel like I'm being gaslighted, Wandee threw a tantrum when rejected by Ter and kept making Ter feel bad for rejecting him. How is Wandee the 'good' guy/hero here? Of course as the show goes on it shows Ter ain't no saint either, the way Wandee treated him was terrible.
The show is not bad, the chemistry is great but I just can't stand Wandee.
Other than the Amnesia plot, I genuinely liked the ending. Honestly this adaptation managed to make Boss a lot more relatable and gave him more depth than the Japan version.
I honestly hoped they might adapt season 2 too since Japan's season 2 is vastly superior than Japan's season 1, because more Hengney is always good.
Loving it so far and honestly, I find the characters much more tolerable than the Japan version. Interesting to see if they are gonna do season 2 into the second half of the show because I don't know how they are gonna stretch out the the first season (originally 7 episodes) into 12.
Also 'Hengney' is how I will describe Earth from now on
Even though I adore JBL I could not watch the japanese adaptation... Is this better or not?? Although I love Mix…
Honestly just based on first episode impressions the Thai version is better. The Japan version humor is... an acquired taste. But Season 2 of Ossan Love (Japan) is much better than the first season.

Give us the damn sequel
I enjoy the show, basically Heartstopper Lite.
