Does anyone know on what platform this drama will air?

In episode 2 they (the dog and cat) talk about how they walked across the rainbow bridge to meet our human lead again. So I think that's what has happened but I think it will be explained further as that was also hinted.

So my guess is it will become relevant later, but non of us can know for sure yet
