I also would have preferred him to live happily with Naran, but 60 years ago the world was very different from today and Dhevi turning out that way makes more sense to me considering the era and her family background. It hurts my heart thinking about the little kid which was forced into this world by parents who will never be able to show their child that happiness is possible.

At first I also thought Trin‘s choice was very questionable,but the longer I thought about it, the more I agreed with his decision. He understood that Tanwa had some serious trauma to tackle and he would only have been in the way of helping him heal. Trin being there would have sugar coated Tanwa‘s hurt and sad feelings which resulted from his mother‘s suicide (among others). Trin would have become co-dependent and Tanwa would never have become better.

I’ve just rewatched this and I was pleasantly surprised since I had forgotten everything about the drama. I find it much better than the ratings suggest. Sure, some information is not being spilled out for us, but the story still makes sense to me and the plot can be understood without any problem. It’s refreshing to see normal looking people since the drama was filmed before the plastic surgery epidemic took over.

Is it normal in Korea that the family has to be for a brocken machine if a sick patient splashes water on it in a hospital? Doesn’t sound right to me at all! Normally, hospitals have insurance for this kind of thing. And, it’s their own fault if they allow a dementia patient to have vases with water in their rooms. Also, these machines should be water resistant…

Isn‘t that because only one of them likes the other and it‘s unrequited love?

I read an earlier comment where someone said that Ba Woo is a side character in Blueming.

Since the drama has been following the anime/manga so closely, I doubt that the changed this storyline, but I can’t say for sure, of course. Maybe he put on the condom before he decided to not rape him.

As far as I remember from the anime, Jin is more protective and understanding of Akin and the situation was cleared up more quickly. They didn‘t sleep together and there was no rape. Of course, Johnny‘s behaviour is still very questionable and he did take advantage of Akin by undressing and kissing him and he should have been punished for it which he didn‘t in the anime, as far as I remember, but Jin threatened him pretty strongly.

Please remember that this is a drama and the writers have to find ways to keep the viewers engaged until the end. Lots of comments here are about Akin not telling Jin right away that he isn‘t sure what happened. Others saying that it‘s understandable that Akin needed time to process it. I don‘t see a lot of comments about Jin being pretty pushy and not giving Akin the feeling of being on his side. Irl if you love and trust your partner, jealously normally doesn‘t get the best of you in this kind of situation. Anyway, long story short, this is a drama and please don‘t take it too seriously. Of course, I am not saying that drama‘s should not normalise rape, nonconsentual touching, undressing, kissing, etc.

I recommend watching the anime or reading the manga if you cannot wait until next week for the one-night situation to be explained.

I really enjoy watching this show. It’s really well made and the story is well thought out, interesting, refreshingly wacky and well written. Finale, a show that shows how teenagers (and humans) really are. They are not perfect, they are not either good or bad, they are not either geniuses or clumsy idiots, they don‘t always think about others first and put their own desires and wishes aside, they don‘t always know what they want, they are still trying to figure life out and what it means to really like, love and care for someone.

This show is great. It‘s fluffy, but not too fluffy. The story is interesting, it does never get boring, the cinematography is amazing, the acting is great, the chemistry between the actors is awesome. I don‘t have anything to complain about. I highly recommend this show if you want to watch something that warms your heart and makes you happy.

This is much better than I expected. Funny, good acting, the writing isn’t bad either and I quite enjoy the side story, too. What a nice surprise! I haven‘t fastforwarded once - quite unusual…

He’s such a good actor and a great comedian. I am surprised that he hasn‘t been booked for bigger roles, yet. I hope this will change soon!

As some of you said already, there doesn’t seem to be another universe. Why do you think Cirr knows all these details about Phu? Maybe he travelled back in time to his accident? Maybe to prevent something from happening to Phu in the future (classic BL storyline 😁)? Or it is way more complicated and there are in fact two universes and Phu and Cirr got into the accident together in the other universe? I‘m also curious to find out how Jin knows more than everybody else. I‘m definitely hooked. Kudos to the writers!
