Low key one of my favorite romance Lakors! The acting was awkward but then again it's a lakorn their not trying to do anything revolutionary. But man the storyline was great! I did not see that twist coming at all! I felt the two leads had pretty believable chemistry and I think it's because they were together for most of the episodes not just one episode. We saw a progression in their romance. Liked how their relationship changed in stages - holding hands, hug, kiss, the sleeping together. I think they showed an appropriate amount of s*x scenes which reafirmed the fact that they actually were attracted to one another. Albeit all this could have been solved with a conversation in the beginning, i guess the lesson for them was to love less and trust more. I definitely saw Sichon's inferiority complex from a mile away, it wasn't that she was insulting him. It was she said the right kind of insult so to speak. May/Mek made a great villain that really needed to be in a hospital after a lifetime of trauma and insecurity with her identity. I am surprised more people didn't catch on to her split personality, mood disorder, depressive episodes, and full blown mania depending on what a doctor diagnoses her as. The only question I have is did she transition because she wanted to or because she wanted Sichon's love?
My only question is why weren't there any real kiss scenes, considering Dilmurat filmed another series this year with loads in it. I think we could have done will a little bit more passion. Sigh.. my opinion please don't come for me!!
