I agree with the note on Qian. She has been a complex character, but in my opinion, she loved herself most. When she felt she might be falling for Shangjue, she went off to betray the whole Gong family immediately. She did not care whom she killed or hurt as long as she could get away. Even tho Shangjue and Ziyu expected it, it must have hurt Shangjue. Also, there was this sequence about when her handler died, she first wanted to just walk away, but she came back and bowed to him. There had been no one else around so I wondered why she did it. She might have been more loyal to him than we thought. Nonetheless, I was disappointed that she managed to get away. She harmed too many people and simply has too many things she knows and will use as leverage.
I felt like some scenes were missing.. like some things just don't add up and are never explained which is unfortunate bc I really liked this drama and the actors..
