Maybe some disease-scenes aren't bad for the show... but they could've given him a disease that's like a lot effort to cure but not incurable... :/ It would make sense that something develops after those tests he made in the past.
Also I would prefer seeing him fighting for a job or maybe some conflicts with those swindlers or his past in general. I liked his storyline and it shows that his situation is not easy. Another thing I enjoyed is to see how he developed. He was pretty aggressive in the past. I didn't notice when he got so much "softer".

The male cast. I think they are a bit random but okay...
After seeing Miura Shohei in Tumbling, I'm sure that Nakatsu suits him somehow ^^
