typical "medical" tv series
just as manhwa has typical "game", "regress", "quest", "genius", etc.
this one is pretty much typical "genius" doctor like house, good doctor, etc you name it.
the whole thing is kinda "boring". since "never fail" is motto for the mc, and with lackeys humiliation so no one do their job properly except the mc. my guess, being close to realistic, or deep detail case by case, is something that hard to happen the whole series. work place politics and emotion train is the only thing you can look forward to, thats -1 interest point for me.
considering its an adaptation of old japanese drama with long history, if this was adapted like 10 years ago maybe it could be different. looking at marketing perspective of cross over project its not bad, but for me its just too predictable, never watched the japanese ones but idk maybe something is missing, maybe some things were supposed to be comical. maybe its worth to return to one day
