That depends on your location (I am in Germany and am watching on gagaoolala). There is a Discussion post on here with all the info, but if you're on mobile (because the app for some reasons seems not to show discussion threads):
- Youtube: all countries except Thailand, US, UK, Germany, Australia
- iQIYI: accessible from Thailand, Canada, US
- Gagaoolala: accessible from UK, Germany, Australia, plus US but there only up to ep7
iQIYI and gaga need subscriptions and if you have a vpn it's probably easiest to switch that to a country that is not excluded from youtube and watch that way. All online versions are uncut by the way, cut version is only on Thai TV.

I feel like the review bombers didn't realize how insanely clearly this could be proven as a review bomb attack, because usually a rating doesn't go down two full points in five hours, and then plateaus again.

Because i love both Neo and Mond a lot, I somewhat hope we're gonna get them as a side pair.

It's actually still on there, but it might have become blocked for your location. In my location it was never available (like apparently all the Change2561 shows), but I can still access it via a vpn.
With iQIYI I have to have the app installed, have a VPN running - e.g. set to Thailand - and then google the episode, and the google link will open in the app. Weirdly, other direct links do not work for me (as they open in the browser, where this doesn't work for some reason).
