My guess is the hospital scene was her going to a therapist and the scream was her trying to get rid of her frustration and pain at doctor's order since she is usually controlled when dealing with her situation in her daily life.

Yeah I know, but the speech her aunt gave her and the direction in this latest episode makes me think they will deviate from the webtoon ending and throw in some lame redemption arc.

This show is seriously getting on my last nerve. Instead of taking the chance and actually using the show to get across useful lessons for young women this show basically decided nah we're not gonna do that, let's make everything that's wrong sound good, normal and acceptable bc you know the actor who plays the male lead is hotness incarnate so the story is not really the main issue here. I for one am dropping this if they continue with this nonsense they seem to be going with.
I want a story where the character who uses and manipulates others actually gets rejected and told no for once.
I want a female character who realises that lust and love are not the same and that lust can destroy you and it isn't worth your self-esteem or your piece of mind. I want someone who realises that a quiet and steady flame is better for crafting something lasting and meaningful, than a bright blaze that swallows and incinerates everything it touches.

Just to add to your points I think there was a lot edited out after the engagement ceremony and even during the ceremony, the scene simply didn't flow smoothly with what happened previously and in their dialog they seem to be referencing something we did not see so obviously we don't get it and I found the conversation to be out of place.

Guys you can download the subs and them add then to a raw video by using a browser extension. I am using Substital, just make sure that the raw video version matches the subs

This was edited so poorly, I mean seriously we waited 4 years for this and they could've done a better job. Some scenes taken out were obviously very important for the plot and they didn't make the effort to insert something that would clarify these plot points for us.
The reason they used for DXS and SZR to break up is so stupid I still can't get over it and they should've given us more time with those two. It's also getting on my nerves that some scenes are only shown through memories when we've been following the characters at that time and they didn't show us those things happening then.
I really like the chemistry of both DXS and SZR, and DSX and LYZ and the romance is chef's kiss for me, I hope they don't ruin that aspect at least.

So according to the trailers LYZ will be in prison for 5 episodes, but what I don't get is what makes him break down mentally after getting out. My guess is it has something to do with his dad but why is he pushing DXS away and drowning himself in alcohol is beyond me and I hope they don't give us some lame reason again. Seriously after 28 episodes I want to see them happy again and making some progress, not him drinking his sorrow away instead of accepting her help and support.

Maybe you confused this drama with Shawn's other drama "From survivor to healer". That one is coming out this month apparently but I am not so sure about this one.
