I think Babi lied about the accident because he thought the relationship was already so awkward and they were both walking on egg shells with each other, he didn’t want to loose her so bad, he literally decided I don’t care if we are being weird as long as we are together cause i cannot live without this woman. So he felt like telling her about the accident might make her leave him cause she was already regretting getting back together with him
The break up was so dramatic, like this man did not cheat on her, he was literally just moved, he loves yumi and was miserable without her, he needed to work out what he felt in his own way and that’s okay, this is how life works. I like that they showed it this way, it makes the drama more realistic to me. But then again to each their own
Thank God this drama is only 40 epsisodes, they were literally forced to close this palace drama chapter otherwise it would have gone on forever, they chemistry of the leads is great of course
Look this drama started out so well and then descended into going nowhere, this script is so subpar but thank goodness for the actors and their talent they are the only saving grace here, their chemistry is also really good, I still cannot believe they gave such amazing actors such a below average script shocking infact!

Being stripped of your dignity in any format hurts, no matter your race and culture, most films, shows etc weather for Europe,America,China and Korea show Africa as if it needs saving, my goodness why the obsession with saving us when they have their very own poor people and countries! People are just tired of africa being used as a scapegoat for white and now a Chinese and Korean supremacy, I have watched Chinese drama that’s talked heavily about viruses in Africa, the country that gave the world COVID lol I can’t make this stuff up, there are so many many poor places in China itself why not use those!
