It's a happy ending drama , but after watching the last ep. I am disappointed & confused.

Why I am disappointed & confused because when she transmigrated from 2026 to 1983 after she fell asleep I knew that in the last ep. she will wake up from the sleep & it will be like a real dream , but after few eps. it felt for me like maybe fate have given her second chance by having her reborn in the year 1983 by transmigrating her in the body of a girl whose name is same like her , but no , what I expected , it happened like that. If she may have transmigrated into a book whose character name have same name like her , then I wouldn't have been disappointed. But she got transmigrated in real life from 2026 to 1983 where she had mother , uncle , aunty , a nice family , made friends , met Zhou Cheng who fell in love with her & she also feel in love with him & they got married , became a successful businesswoman , but at last she again back to her real year 2026. If she is bound to come back to the year 2026 , than what's the point of going to the year 1983 , like fate have given her a second chance.

I would recommend watching. Rewatchable or not depends on every individual.

The story was good, the chemistry between the leads were good. You guys can watch it. The rewatch is 2/10, I just gave it randomly & it depends on every individual for them it is rewatchable or not & Music 2/10 because I don't know Chinese.

But I have one complaint with the FL drama character: After breaking up with her ex-boyfriend & started dating with the ML, & when every time her ex-boyfriend meets her face-to-face, sometimes her behavior gave me the vibe that she still has soft corner for her ex-boyfriend & she might get back with ex-boyfriend by breaking up with the ML, although her ex-boyfriend had some kind of secret relationship with other girl & the FL also knows that.

10/10 for me. Must watch drama.

All the male (excluding Lord Li) & female leads were excellent. Lord Li character wasn't interesting for me.

I rewatched the alter ending. After rewatching it I was little confused.

In post credit the alternate ending was - " If the jinzhou massacre wouldn't have happened 17 years ago , how the characters life would have been. " . In post credit the ending is the alternate ending of the current original life of the characters. So in "IF" condition -
[ #1 ] When Fan Changyu & Yu Qian Qian meet for the first time , they felt like they may know each other & they were maybe close friends in past life , &
[ #2 ] When Qi Min & Yu Qian Qian meet for the first time , Qi Min felt connection with her , but after seeing her he started vomiting , because Qi Min things maybe they are never fated to be together.
Both the "IF" conditions are alternate ending of the current life. So how they can feel connections with each other when they meet each other for the first time since it's their alternate current life only.

for me it's in between average & very good/excellent drama .. rating wise maybe 7.8/10 ..

Hou Ming Hao is a good actor , but the vibe of demon lord i feels missing .. in dramas in which ML is the demon , then i prefer Arthur Chen , Ao Rui Peng , Dylan Wang , Ryan Cheng .. maybe if Wang Duo [ Bing Zhu ] would have been the main ML than it's demon vibe would have different . but out of the names i have mentioned Arthur Chen is now currently my no. 1 preferred ML in demon main ML dramas after watching When Destiny Brings the Demon ..

coming to the story it's same type of happy ending where the ML will sacrifice himself & they will meet again in last 3-4 minutes before ending , but in this drama the style is different ..

in flashback it was shown that Ning An killed Hong Ye , & in the present time when Xiao Yao went back in time to get back Hong Ye's power she became Ning An & Xiao Yao knew that Ning An killed Hong Ye & still in the end Hong Ye still died & Xiao Yao couldn't prevent it even knowing what had happened & actually it was Xiao Yao as Ning An who killed Hong Ye because she was controlled using magic & she couldn't stop it which was shown in flashback but it still benefited her because she got his drop of tear & he was able to get back power in present time ..

when Xiao Yao went back 10000 years ago , at that time Hong Ye was human & Xiao Yao was a demon & still Xiao Yao during that time she had to stab & made him sleep for 5000 years . so in the end Xiao Yao learnt a technique where she can go specific time in the past as per her choice . so when she want back 1000 years ago she knew Hong Ye died in the past still she couldn't change that . when she went 10000 years ago she doesn't have any memory of that time but still she had to stab & make him sleep for 5000 years in the end . so in the finale episode when she went back in time , when she had to kill Hong Ye 2 times & couldn't change the timeline , so going back in the past in the finale how she can change the timeline & stop Hong Ye from sacrificing himself in the end ..

1. ML- nothing bad regarding ML character.

2. FL- I have read comments of issues regarding the FL, yes, some were practical & some were illogical. When she broke up with ML 8 years ago, she broke up with telling the reason, from her perspective it may be only choice, because if ML give ups his dream for her than she may guilty for her whole life.
On the other hand, if she have told him the situation she is in now, he might have found the solution for the problem.
So it's difficult to say whether she is right or wrong in this.

3. ShaSha (FL cousin sister)- For me ShaSha's character, dialogues, reasons were illogical from start to end, FL was much better.

4. AI development shown in medical device & AI development in technology in sign language, I loved this that.

5. But the drama's main concept was on communication tool, which is just a communication tool, which is required for just only communication, & what is the need of emotion, feeling in a tool which is just a communication tool.

And mainly where AI & technology are developing, the mobile brands technology, features have developed so much & still it's developing, so mobile brands will install software in their mobiles & they will develop this software day by day & people will get this software installed on their mobile for free, why people will buy extra device only for translation purpose.

6. The writers decided to show that ML & FL was married & skip their ceremony. ShaSha & Wei Tian wedding ceremony was shown & it's good, but after they went for medical help, what happen there & how they got back together, everything was skipped & directly their wedding ceremony was shown.

I am disappointed with the ending.

I am little confused or to say little disappointed from the ending. When they meet again in the tourist place will YOUNG HWA taking photos, if I take it as the next life or reincarnation, then JUN OH coming back to life from death in the current life made me no sense if they were not destined to be together as per fate even after the cursed is removed.

After JUN OH came back to life and if he had remembered about YOUNG HWA, about their love etc. in his dreams in the current life and they got back together that should been a happy ending. Instead of that so-called happy ending, if they had ended the episode after the airplane scene, that would also have been a good ending.

for me the romance, love, intimacy, relationship between Fang Mu Yang & Fei Ni was sweet, beautiful, relaxing ..
i am just disappointed & angry with Mu Shan He [ Fang Mu Yang & Mu Jing's mother ] , her rude treatment towards Fang Mu Jing .. when both the parents were sent to the camp , both Mu Yang & Mu Jing were teen .. Mu Jing decided to take decision thinking practically not emotionally to cut ties with her parents so that she can get a job & earn money for living , but Mu Yang decided he will not cut ties , so he was also sent to the countryside .. suppose if Mu Jing wouldn't had cut ties with her parents , she would have also been sent to some where .. so if Mu Jing wouldn't had cut ties with her parents & were send somewhere , suppose where she would have been sent , if she were humiliated , punished , treated badly & if at last she can't endure it & would have ended her life like Ling Yi tried to end her life , than by staying loyal to her parents & not betraying them , would Mu Shan He will appear in front of Mu Jing instantly from one place to another like god ??

it's an average drama for me ..

i liked the school time , but from the college time till last ep. it lost my interest that i had during their school time .. i am disappointed with the last 4 eps. . i don't find any sense in Yi Lan & Tong Xiao Le's breakup & it felt for me like the writer wanted to make it 24 eps. drama , so the writer just dragged the last 4 eps. with just no logic breakup .. some viewers may say that Xiao Le went abroad suddenly & he didn't said anything to Yi Lan & when she found out she tried to contact , so he send her message that he will come back after sometime & she should focus on her exams & her music career & he didn't mentioned anything about breakup .. but on what though & on what basis she broke up him , i didn't understand .. when they meet again after their breakup , every time Xiao Le wanted to know why she suddenly broke up with him , she couldn't give any answer , instead she used to question him like he broke up not her ..

my recommendation will be to skip it .. but if you don't have any other drama to watch , then you may watch it ..
