I finally finished it! The characters and plot and I think ending needed a whole rewrite...aish...but at least finally done.

I'm on Ep 40 now...about 15 mins in, there's a part where she's reminiscing about him by looking at the big bruise on her wrist and strangle marks on her neck which he left........ :( This makes it impossible for me to cheer the ML and FL on as a couple.

I agree...there were parts of the story I liked...but some changes needed to be adjusted in the drama to make it more likeable and compelling. I liked the beginning more, the middle not so much, and still working on finishing it.

Ep 34....I don't understand why the King of Jin would want to give his throne to a princess from a destroyed dynasty. That doesn't make sense.

In ep 32....what's the big deal with the drum that Prince of Bo mentioned to the imposter princess? Wouldn't the former personal servant of Princess Pingyuan be able to recognize the drum too...it seems impossible that if the drum was so important, the personal servant wouldn't know about it (while everyone else like Ji Chong does). This part of the plot doesn't make sense to me?

I think the actors/actresses played their parts well. It may have just been the way the script is written. But it does make the characters so annoying just the same. I'm on ep 31now where Prince of Bo is being smug, taunting and smirking at her....and she's just crying and running off.

Yeah...she won't shut up about her Wolf Boy....like he was never allowed to grow up and adult. And she keeps crying and begging for his love....no matter how cruel he treats her.

I'm on episode 27 now and it's a struggle to continue watching. Ma Zhaixing just asked Prince of Bo to choose between continuing to be Prince of Bo or to go back to being her Wolf Boy...even after he acknowledged being responsible for the Ma Mansion massacre. I mean...that's just too spineless and absurd. Sigh.

The female lead is acting so naive and dumb that I think it hurts to be that stupid. Really disliking her character. It was cute in the beginning but after 20 some episodes in....seriously?

Someone explain episode 18 to me...the part where the eldest brother didn't cross the bridge and stayed behind to fight the enemies. Wasn't the bridge area impassable? He could have crossed the bridge, destroyed it, and gone with Prince of Bo to look for the poison antidote and save Fourth Prince. Why did he stay behind to fight by himself? It doesn't make sense......??

Unfortunately....I didn't like the ending either. It was like not getting a end reward after watching so many unfulfilling episodes.

I like a good storyline more than anything...even if CGI is bad, I can deal with that. I might try out CP3 then.

Which one's better? Sword of Legends or Chinese Paladin 3? I already watched SofL and it was so bad...I hope this one's not like that??

Terrible drama, boring, annoying, the main couple lacked chemistry and was really irritating, the plot line was lacking. I could go on and on about how bad it was. Ugh.

You're right, it was much better after episode 24. I was even able to finish the drama...I seriously wasn't sure I could get through it.

I've made it to episode 20...what a slow, painful, boring slog. This mortal realm trial plot is absurd.

I'm on episode 11 right now and I'm bored to tears. The idea of finishing this drama seems like slow, painful torture. Why is this drama so bad?! And so far nothing has really happened, there's no real story!!

Oh my god, this was such an awful drama, so boring for the first 20 episodes, then a few interesting episodes, then soo boring and annoying. The two men lusting after the female lead really reminded me of older men perving on a much younger girl. The mismatch was just too much. This drama can't compare to TMOPB at all...it might take place in the same universe....but for me it was a total miss!
