Yeah you are right about the sense of deja vu for normal people but i whole plot with that RAN medicine is that only people who got it habe extra ability of remembering instead of feeling deja vu. But yeah i found it a little bit funny how the main lead got the medicine into his system. Basiscally he fell in a water body where the medicine waste was running into. I am like hello chemistry good bye lmao.

Hi It’s not the ability to enter the loops actually. At some point the other old professor says the earth is rotating more times without anyone knowing so there are around 400 days instead of 365 in a year. So everyone is experiencing the loops on earth but only people wuth this drugs can remember them maybe due to advanced senses or something. And since they remember the loop days they are trying to change things though every one else go through but just don't remember. I wish they had eloborated more on this point but it was literally like a 30 second clip which anyone could have missed.
