There's laws against it in Scotland and other countries too. It needs to be enforced to protect the rights of everyone from invasive obsessive behavours. These people are not fans they are dangerous obsessives.

If there were a law forbidden extreme invasive behaviour like stalking it would help also the entertainment industry should stop encouraging it and protect their workers better.
