Did you read the whole plot that is written here? There is written he married her mother. So actually she lost/divorced whatever was the reason the father of this main lead and married younger man so he is like "step-father". It can happen in real life too that for example man/woman marries younger woman/man who can be almost the age of his/her child.

This all plagiarism thing is somehow...I don't even have the right word for it. I bet if those two series were in different time (like one in 2014 and the other now) maybe it wouldn't happen. I mean...in this case almost everyone could call someone out for plagiarism...time travelling, genders-mind change, historical about XX person, etc. There are many similar things in this world with main points in stories. The same for music. It is simply just that the time slot showed at the same time for both series.

I still liked Emperor more than Wang Yu (maybe because I don't like that actor)...but the best one for Nyang would be TalTal, I think. :D

Agree, this was my first God's Quiz I watched. And I really loved the first episodes but when it started to be more about those chemical problems I got pretty bored with the series.

Can someone explain to me why here is written it is longer than 3 hours but on Viki there is only 43 minutes long episode and it looks complete?

I never look at these ratings when the drama is not even finished. How can someone properly rate something when they have seen only this few from the full series?

For me this was the only version that wasn't bored at all. The most boring was Taiwanese version sometimes. But everyone has different preferences, right? :)
