I'm really loving the cast!! Except... they could have shown what they were trying to portray with what happens behind the scenes in a more kdrama way... I still like how they tried something different with the format but personally it doesn't sit well with me. It's such a pity too since the cast are my favourites but you can't really expect it to be overwhelmingly amazing when each and every cast are hogging the screen. Maybe I'm just used to seeing all of them as their own mains of their own drama... anyway I'm really hesitating to watch this :(

Even if they had changed the premise of plastic surgery to something like losing weight, then the overall message would still be the same. That you have to change yourself to deserve love. I highly doubt that they would carry on with that message all throughout the drama. If they were to change it to something else then the story would completely change. But I do totally agree with you that no matter what happens in the end, she still had plastic surgery and that it was only through that, that she gained love. No matter who it was. Well, we'll just have to see what this story leads to....

That's what I thought so too, but hey, it's only the first episode and we can't really be making judgments based on just that. That may be the message at the beginning but maybe as time moves on, people will see deeper than what's on the surface. Joo Sang Wook falls for her right? When it comes to love, then maybe the whole premise of plastic surgery is just a set up for what message they really want to send out.
