It's not so much what they want but how they go about achieving it. The ML had an evil mother but he still turned out good, even if things didn't go his way he didn't resort to evil deeds like some other character in this show, cough cough Run Yu. I have no sympathy for him, even if he had it hard growing up. ML all the way.

I love this answer, very well explained. I'm on episode 24 of WRTW and i agree there's a little bit too much politics but it's still keeping me engaged in each episode, I'm really liking it so far. So are you saying Blue Whisper has more romance? If i really liked dramas such as Ashes of Love, Eternal Love, Ancient Love Poetry then I'd probably like this right? Are they similar?
