I'm not impressed with season 2. It's just about a breakup and a love triangle, which is fine, but i just don't like how they went about it. First of all the breakup, the ML is feeling insecure and rightfully so, the FL knows this but she still does things that makes him more insecure like calling the SML by his first name, continually hanging out with him and so on. He breaks up with her, and she just accepts it without putting up a fight, smh. Secondly, the period after the breakup where the FL spends even more time with the SML clearly knowing that's the reason for the breakup. She also doesn't reject the SML when he confesses to her creating more misunderstandings. I feel sorry for the ML, he clearly loves her showing her his emotions and affections while she doesn't show anything and doesn't even get jealous when he's around other women, which is another reason he feels insecure. Yes you can trust your partner but don't tell me you won't get jealous when another woman is hanging around your bf. Jealousy is a healthy emotion and shows your significant other you care for them, I'm all for jealousy as long as it doesn't get out of control. The FL is the cause of all this mess and you can't change my mind.

I agree with everything except this, "In a mature drama with older actors that aren’t new to dating or relationships there’s an expectation that the romance will be appropriate to their age." That's not true, just about in most romcoms from Kdramas and Cdramas no matter what age group they all act like teenagers in love. They have 30 to 40 year old virgins never been kissed and still living with their parents. When they go near the ML or FL they grab their chest wondering why they have an elevated heart rate, smh. It's funny and ridiculous at the same time.

Oh yes that's right i understand what you're saying. Yeah they often do that in Cdramas, i guess they like causing misunderstandings.

Yeah i think in Refreshman it wasn't really revenge but more making life harder for her so she could learn and become better. In Lie to Love it did begin as revenge but it didn't really last long, maybe only a few episodes because she discovers early on the ML is innocent.

Not another zombie drama, i hope it's done well.

A good watch, i would've given it a 10 if there was more romance. A romcom where the romance begins on episode 12, smh. I know it's a hate to love relationship but that's still too long. The hate should've ended around episode 5, then from 6 to 9 they start to like each other and 10 to 12 become a couple. Instead they had it 1 to 10 hate, episode 11 start to like each other and episode 12 a couple. Not enough romance for a romcom.

There wasn't enough of those scenes, they were very rare and few and far in between. It was like one step forward and two steps back. There was no progression until episode 11. Not enough romance for a romcom.

Lol, love this comment. I loved this show, 10/10 for me, but yeah i understand your frustrations. What made me upset the most was the FL keeping the son away from the farther, even when he came back into their lives she still didn't let him know he has a son.

Where's the romance? I'm just over half way and there's none. Isn't this meant to be a romantic comedy? I'm getting ripped off. They should add the tag slow burn romance, if the romance ever comes.

Yeah those were some funny moments when the ML was getting jealous about the headband and repeating the SML name. You're flying through it, it gets better when she realises he has feelings for her, you're not that far away.
