He's better than the SFL, he's the ML's brother. He likes her in the beginning for a few episodes and tries to confess (which becomes funny), but he realises the ML and FL like each other so he stops. In fact he even helps them both getting together. The SFL is more annoying but it's bearable.
The plot is about revenge but the romance is on par, so we get to see lots of romance, but it's in two parts. The 1st when he's using her to get revenge on her mother, and the 2nd once everything is revealed and wants to be with her for real. He likes her from the beginning but he was at odds between revenge and love, (because of his hatred of her mother).
It's nineteen 75 minute episodes, so you might think it's a bit draggy, but it kept me interested. I think I worked it out to be about 32 45 minute episodes comparing it to a typical Cdrama. I recommend it, but it's up to you if you like that type of plot.
Very good drama. The plot is great, ML out for revenge towards the FL mother and along the way falls in love with the FL. Has everything i like, lots of romance, love triangle not that bad, great chemistry and most importantly happy ending 😀

The FL didn't do anything wrong in episode 14, i don't know where you read this but it's not true. In fact it's the ML that did something wrong but it wasn't his fault, it was the SFL that did it but made it look like it was the ML. So the FL met with her fugitive mother but the SFL found out about the secret meeting and called the police and made it seem like the ML did it. Don't let some of the comments fool you, the love triangle isn't that bad, the SFL doesn't really get many appearances. Don't worry i think it's worth the watch. You and i seem to like the same type of shows and dislike similar actions that happens within these shows. If i like it i think you might like it.
Now you're contradicting yourself, why do you feel the need to "URGE" people not to watch just because you don't like it? That's not how it works. You give your opinion on your thoughts about the show but you certainly don't tell people what they shouldn't watch.
