I’m not Thai but I do speak Thai and the sentence was very easy to understand.
He said : “เขาก็รุนแรงมาก ๆ” which can be translated as “He was very harsh/rough/violent/aggressive“ He didn’t say the word “assault ” but we can easily guess it was since he said right after that it made him scared (I could develop the dialogues in this conversation even more if you need but the translation is already pretty accurate). However I have to agree with you that the way Kan reacted sounded pretty off to me. If I was a doctor I would have warned my patient even more about the risks of STDs and the importance of consent, etc… but I also understood that he maybe didn’t want to come off as too judgmental or something
Just read in the comments that there is an SA/Rape scene in ep5. Is it a passing scene or is it off-screen or…
It’s really fast (like 5 seconds) and you can only see the person pressing on Mild’s face from the back. You can also see thrusting movement but nothing explicit at all

I agree that sometimes MDL comments can be really toxic but in this case trust me we’ve been disappointed… even people who usually give great reviews ended up not liking it

I recommend you read the reviews up the page, but I would answer that this series is actually bad… they should have follow the novel instead of giving us what they did and completely ruin it… everyone tastes are different and you might end up liking it but to me and a lot of people here, we felt like we lost 15 hours of our time and wish that Domundi will never do that EVER again
