100% agree !!!! I stoped today at 386 because i tried to watch the two new episodes today but I felt myself skipping and being distracted when the whole reason I was reading the book is because I like the series. I’m gonna take a few days and step back then rewatch the first few episodes again to restart my brain
It’s not crazy explicit it’s a good mix of good information . In the book they are more like f*** buddy’s less of a couple he’s cold but you can tell that he only wants her , he’s mean and possessive but in a sexy way. She loves him and is jealous but doesn’t verbalize it she just goes with the flow . She said there first “ encounter,” was the best she’s ever had and nothing can ever replicate that . It was on his front door they didn’t even get a a chance to take off there close it was so hot and heavy ( her words not mine). I’m about 386 / 862pages in and I advice reading it after the series is done because now I feel like the series isn’t doing the book justice 😭 I downloaded the pdf and downloaded Speechify using the three day free trial to have Marion the AI read it to me.

2 episodes in and it’s good !I haven’t fell in love with any of the dramas this year so hopefully this one will have that charm that 2025 has been missing .
