Yes , they are real brothers and sisters , they did not grew up together but met later and moved together and then as they were living together fell in love . The drama was very controversial. I only watched 1 episode and-dropped it after learning in the comments that they were siblings. Many people defended their relationship,🤕. I am not sure if I have all facts right. Unfortunately I don't remember the title, but the drama is not that old and Ml was a known actor , not exactly a - actor , but he played in a few dramas . If I remember right I was looking for his other dramas and found this 😅
