First, let me ask sth ….why are trying to find logic in the fantasy genre?Maybe you are right in some aspects, maybe not, but as if everything happened perfectly and logically, in my opinion we would not have drama. I don’t agree with you about Pooh , he isn’t perfect , but he is doing fine for his first performance. However, I can see that in a way you are fascinated by drama, because you described everything in such depth.
Great plot twist with Charlie! Also loved the scenes with Jeff and Alan. What's going on with Pete and Kenta is…
I would say yes, Way is an anti-hero… these kind of characters receive almost always absolution from their sins in thai drama, but whether will he get a good ending - that's the big question!

Some say it's a Taiwanese production, but the actors in the drama don't speak with a Taiwanese accent. It would be sensational,if it is Chinese , but we probably won't see any kissing scenes 😅, but i am watchumg anyways as Omegaverse is my favorite genre lately 🤣
