I also couldn't understand it. The guy isn't right in his head for me, he has a contradictory personality. I don't think he liked anyone, only himself. It was more the idea of posesessing her that love.

I'm not sure how to answer it whether it's a slow burn .... It varies from episode to episode. In the middle is a little slower. The beginning and the ending is the best

It's hard to say exactly when they got together, it's not like in a modern drama., perhaps 18 ep., not sure about that .
