I myself was in a relationship with a guy who was 4 years older when I was 16 and live with him later ( with 17yrs) and his parents 😅I don’t know perhaps now times change, and it isn’t „ normal ”anymore and accepted in 21stcentury .

Same, I put on hold somewhere in the beginning and went back on ep 20 But will probably drop it after Haode’s story ends . Although the 5th daughter is very likeable . I am not so eager to watch her romance as I generally prefer mature leads in romance genre . .Overall nice drama but not my filming style,

So in your opinion she should have sacrificed her family for a man she knew perhaps 2 months, who kept her as prisoner and let’s not forget his king wanted a war with her country and ml to lead the army …

This was the first historical drama I enjoyed this year, as I don't need any stressful stories and bad, unsatisfying endings.
I prefer mature looking actors, once I found out about them as a couple, I couldn’t be happier.
I absolutely loved the chemistry between the main characters, they were so affectionate to each other most of the time.
The main leads gave good performances . Especially I appreciate their natural acting, I've been following these actors for a long time and they have always provided me with good entertainment.

Song Wei Long is the hottest Chinese actor for me 🥵 every time I see him, I just melt 🫠. Angelababy as always beautiful, classy and charming .

I was a little generous with the rating , but as I compare with other worse and higher rated dramas, I have no choice to rate it higher to give it justice .

Agree , she is natural and unique in every aspect. We always see the same looking and acting actors in cdramas - and it’s so boring it seems that Everyone has his own doppelgänger or more 😅 Tianxiwei is different , sadly not everyone can see that and appreciate it .

Why Julia looks so different… , like a totally different person . I watched her in "Forever love" and I would never recognize her .😅 But never mind , I like her,and hope to see her in more dramas 💛

I watched his Mr. Bad and my thoughts were like — .. hmmm it must be that look that makes him popular— .... Watching him in his new drama I am really impressed with his acting - perhaps a good script and a well matched partner contribute to the actors showing what they are capable of. 💛

Outstanding drama🎭, for those who do not know, it was very popular in China, therefore S2 is in making . Unfortunately the rating doesn’t do justice this drama
