Can everyone please stop saying Prapai forced Sky? You need to listen to the dialog:S: "What do you want?"P: "It…
The thing is, the Consent Police will always be on patrol. Sometimes it's exhausting to have to sift through the rubbish comments about imagined coercion. As the saying goes, if the only tool you have is a hammer then everything starts to look like a nail.
I'm glad that neither of the guys had had a sip of alcohol before their encounter, otherwise we'd be at a whole other level of finger-wagging.
Oh my, I'm so tired to read about "forced" sex. I call it BS. Sky wanted to have sex with Prapai. Nobody forced…
Seriously. All the cluck-cluck-clucking on here is so predictable. It's amazing how these people think everything is coerced unless both participants sign and notarize a consent form. I was surprised at the signals Sky sent as he was pushed against the side of that truck -- I saw it as him figuring that the situation wasn't ideal for him but here's this hot stud who's looking for a tumble, so why not. He could have easily broken away from the situation and run his ass off to get away, but he didn't show any sign whatsoever of wanting to do that.
Then there's the people analyzing the NC choreography, like wondering how someone can get fellated if he still has his jeans on. If you're a guy then you know how that is possible LOLOLOL. (I've always believed that button-fly jeans are a thing precisely because they make such an encounter more comfortable.)
The way this series can so easily take off in a new direction that delights me!
With just a few deft strokes we get such a vivid and touching portrait of Tanaka, who until now could be dismissed as just another prince of the classroom who's used to getting whatever he wants. The change in his demeanor once he realizes that Takara and Amagi are for real -- that mixture of regret, jealousy, and longing -- could hardly have been depicted better.
And I wonder if his act of chivalry in saving the shy girl from the goons in the hallway is something he would have done before he'd learned that his friend is in a relationship with one of the other shy kids in their class.
Plus the hint that at first he would have required Amagi to sleep with him to earn his silence... I respect the fact that once Tanaka found out that things are serious between Amagin and Takara he dropped that attitude entirely.
And, on a side note, I like how Takara now readily confides in the World's Best Wingman, Katori.
It seems that every week I keep saying that the new episode is my new favorite. I need to just accept that this is a great series that has proven to be so much deeper than a lot of the other JBLs that we've been treated to lately. I put this right up with there with Old Fashion Cupcake.
I like the premise of the Prapai-Sky story better than Phayu-Rain. A plot that depends on one of the characters being a campus god can backfire bigtime because (a) not everybody is going to think the actor is godlike, and (b) it's shallow.
The idea of a hot guy pursuing unwilling prey is more believable and more fun.
I was bowled over by Sky's aggressive sexual side. Didn't expect that at all!
I had a crazy thought -- what if the dad is also still alive, and he and Rain faked everyone out by putting his jewelry and watch on one of the dead pilots as a decoy. We didn't see Payu lift the sheet far enough to identify the body.
I know that forensics would be able to make a clear identification using dental records, etc., but we have to keep in mind what series we're watching here. πππ
Will tell me which minutes because I don't see it, even I believe they will end together.
Next week I think Payu will disobey his father by leaving the cottage and bringing Khim to see Sun, in the hope that being with Sun will restore Khim's memory. This is because when speaking with the doctor, she said that familiar surroundings would help with the recovery.
Will tell me which minutes because I don't see it, even I believe they will end together.
Well, there was luggage on the helicopter so if Rain survived then maybe his suitcase did too. Based on the loony logic of this series, he might have remained hiding because he thought it would keep Payu and Khim from being in danger. Or maybe he lost some of his memory too.
I just think that since Rain is the only character who knows about the secret room in the barn, it has to matter into the plot somehow. For him to be hiding in that room is the only thing that makes sense to me.
I think an ending with In and Wang together would have seemed forced, so I accept that things turned out as they did, but for Mol to get her way (and do it by going nuclear with her attacks on In) is hard to take.
One thing I've realized is I would love to see more series produced with the same level of excellence as this one, but given its unhappy ending (as fitting as it is) I worry about the re-watchability of it and therefore its ability to inspire future productions.
For me it seems a series or movie is more likely to have an impact past its first release if people continue to watch and discuss it long after. I think it's one reason a mediocre series like "2gether" is still generating profits for GMMTV and why Bright and Win are still promoted as a BL couple even though I doubt they'll ever do another BL series.
Will productions as ambitious as "180 Degrees Longitude" get turned down at the financing stage because investors note that this one faded out after causing a sensation during its airing? As much as I myself loved the series, I can't imagine returning to it anytime soon, if at all. Had the ending been happy, well ... I probably would have. (Believability would have ridden off in the Mercedes along with Mol, but heck, they tacked on a happy ending to that trudge through misery that was Season Two of "To My Star", so why not here.)
Anyway, I will still hold out hope. Maybe those with a higher tolerance for disappointment will give it legs after all.
It's hard to tell if he's just flirting more as a way of showing off to the girls. It seems like a power dynamic to him. But the next episode will sure be interesting!
Is there a way to add βWhere to watchβ? It only says Viki but it gets released earlier on GagaOOLala
It seems MDL has not recognized GagaOOLala as a streaming platform. I read somewhere that Gaga has asked them to be added to the options for page edits but as I'm sure you've discovered by now, it hasn't happened.

Really like the opening OST too.

When Meen took off his shirt I was like π²π²π²π²

This is going to be amazing! I'm hoping for a "Miracle of Teddy Bear" level of greatness, but with a happy ending.
