I didn't see many lee seung gi dramas but i love the way he acts, with his whole body. which i think isnt that normal for korean dramas. if you notice they always act mostly with their faces, when theres a fight between leads their hands and body never talks but their face xD but he just does all this body language too which makes him really natural and appealing.
her roles in dramas are kinda always the same,shes always the same type of character ,kinda like lee jong suk lol if you look at just a few of her works youll see the similarity and repetition . her character is always over the top, aka ill get bullied the most but ill rise to the top nontheless xD
The main lead character is something lee jong suk would have because he always acts the same dude in every drama,so refreshing its yoo seung ho. I need more tho,they made the robot look so cute,the actress is so beautiful.
my guess is that vibrant colours come from the fact they are the leader and want to decorate themselves to standout like a peacock or sumtin.maybe like their worth will be more prominent if they are dressed vibrant.
or they are just overly anxious not to be identified as a gangster so they dress vibrantly to fit into the rest of the normal people and not to be mistaken for a gangster who would usually be in black idk.
i loved this drama because it was romance based and suspense based but their romance was so smooth they glided into that relationship so smoooooothly and kinda grownup-ish-ly. i liked how the nature of some roles was different,aka hong joo being a journalist but she was fair and just while jae chan just wanted to go that extra mile as a prosecutor to do the right thing instead of just brush off some cases. people say suzy and jong suk had no chemistry but out of all my suzy dramas she was the best with jong suk,and this was probably her best drama yet. and even tho Jong suk always plays this perfect type of dude i liked how he was kinda clumsy and weid in his private life in this role.
worth a watch because it made me excited about a new episode every week and also no shitty jealousy and poop in the drama. the last case gave me serious creeps too. i ave t a 9.5 cus im lenient with my dramas and i just enjoyed this one.like..seriously enjoyed :)
usually its too late for me to drop a drama when i realise it lol because i always start debating especially like an airing drama nd theres like 4 episodes left and then im just like do i even wanna finish it. but for some dramas id just stop liking it and then watch the last episode for the sake of finishing it.thats bad tho xD
did not see all of these dramas but i can say W was really weird,i only watched it cus i saw its the same writer as queen in hyuns man whihc is one of my favourite dramas but it flopped so badly. so many things left unexplained and such.finished it but wasnt happy about it. suspicious partner got so boring after some episodes i barely finished it. deff not my fave JCW drama. and as for tomorrow with you. for the first half of the drama i was crying like crazy and then the next half it was kinda ehhh but i wanted too see it end lol
i did not think reply 1988 ending was baddd,it was weird for me a liiiiittttlle cus it was my first reply series i watched but i overall loved whom she ended up with and all. and if you read some other articles there were many clues during the series, guess we just werent observant enough. but id deff watch it again.
and then for gu family book, that was the first drama i cried my eyes to,it still hurts til today and i was watching it while it was ongoing. i know some people find the 400 years jump weird and idk, stupid, but it just broke my heart xD
i didnt see the two chinese dramas here but cheese in the trap was ruined AF.i agree with your cheeses complitely!
i loved this drama because it broke my heart many times. I could easily get into the situations and misunderstandings of the couple because they were realistic which is not something we get often in dramas. the whole drama showed what can happen if you expect too much of a person you dont know that well but you strive on to have that person in your life. female lead wasnt my cup of tea really because she was just too cutesy sometimes but overall her reactions in difficult times were amazing and for me they showed a woman who knew her worth and wouldnt just let the dude drag her along.
it also showed how its important to build a relationship in the present and be happy now instead of worrying what will happen in 2-3 years-i understand he tried to save them both and all but it made their growth slow and miserable but at least they got to know eachother and said stuff thats usually really hard to say to a person you love because you fear losing them.
its a great drama,maybe not anyones cup of tea but if you crave some realistic romance then doo itt.
