I think she really is sick, but it could be misdiagnosis. First of all, the illness doesn't exist. Second of all, the glitches she could have could be caused by overwork and stress. Her days starts and ends with work, so her subconscious might be disassociating or zoning out to give herself a break. However, when she comes back, she see herself on top of the everything. Like the notes in meeting seems to be complete although she doesn't remember writing it? Maybe she is a robot.
Anyway, she also has no relationships or friends she can rely on. So, it is a ground for mental health issues thus the hallucinations??
