Love the Leyan and Haodu. As for Dilraba, her growth in the drama seems mechanical. Like I know her beliefs and character develops to become more mature and she learns to see past revenge, but it only manifests through the dialogue. The way she acts her character feels monotonic.
I had difficulty being invested in the drama because both ML and FL's acting weren't convincing. Especially JJY with the voice dubbing. Honestly, just seems like JJY is there to look pretty. Her facial neurons need to pick up their neurotransmitter firing, otherwise it just looks like an obstruction to her SNAREs.
The story is rushed and has poor development. Muyuan's variety in facial expressions is comparable to that of a block of wood. Shangguan Tou was really the star of the show. But all his emotions were lost on his receiver, Chong Xuezhi. Really a disappointment. I do like her as an actress, but her character has the same appeal as tofu - bland af.
