Finishing all 28 episodes in 4 days just shows how good of a drama it is. I wake up everyday looking forward to opening my phone and watching this. So sad it ended too soon and it would be better if they had given us extra episodes of their married life but the ending is still nice. The Best Thing is just an easy-going love story, with just bits of conflicts and the rest are just them trying to heal eachother; which I love. No unnecessary story lines. Its a rare opportunity to see Zhang Linghe in a modern drama but now that I get to see it, he really fits for a modern drama. In the interview he also said he would like to explore new looks and felt relieved he didnt had to wear a wig haha. Please give Zhang Linghe more modern dramas! ( with Xu Ruohan please! ) Their chemistry is just it cause how could they be the one that is dating in the drama but im the one who is giggling behind the screen. Looking forward to more dramas with both of them in the future, would like to see Xu Ruohan and Zhang Linghe in historical dramas together.
