I found myself with a beaming smile at the end of ep 8. This show is really something 🥰

I'm on a PHY tour whilst waiting for new episodes. About to finish My Mister, which is really good. Also started a bit on My Liberation Notes. I'm PHY-crazy.

I'm on ep 12. Really liking IU and how she portrays the FL character. I liked the Tangerine show too but couldn't stand IU there the first eps. She really grows on me.

Yeah I wasn't comparing them as like for like dramas. But one does get more publicity unfairly imo. While this one is like a hidden gem.

What is this? The world's most toxic workplace. Hoping for some redemption for the ML.

It's ridiculously underrated. And I dropped Perfect Crown after 3 eps. Just didn't like it, same old tropes.

Every once in a while a new show comes along that just feels right. This feels right 🫰10/10

A bunch of hollow threats that doesn't get followed through. The show lost me when none of the hostages actually suffered any consequences for their idiotic actions. Not even getting hit in the face? It's supposed to be these tough North Koreans vs everything they hate, and all you do is make empty threats? Kinda spoils the whole hostage situation.

As a Korean who grew up in the whitest country of them all, I was relentlessly bullied for years and years. Mentally and physically every day. It doesn't mean I want to round up all my childhood bullies and murder them all.

I beg your absolute forgiveness? She held a grudge over one comment from one kid during one music class in the 5th grade? I know bullying can manifest itself in adults in various ways but I'm sorry. This was so basic it was almost cringe. And then her partner of course commits all these crimes because of it 🙄 Ruined the show.

Really enjoyed ep10 &11. The North Korea links in kdrama always have me hooked. And the leads are so cute together 🫰

Yeah I've seen the comments here. It's like a cult lol. You can say that a show is amazing whilst critiquing the not so good aspects. Some people don't know how to have two thoughts in the head at once, and rather justify their love for a show by mocking others.

I ended up loving this show but the first few episodes the MCs really pissed me of with their overdramatic acting. it cooled down once this and that happened, and now I consider it a good show.
