The one year time skip was important because we can see that Pheem has finally healed. That lingering good bye hug was Pheem finally realizing that Jira would never choose him, because Jira would forever be in love with Koh. Please, cue the OST.

Jira looked extra pretty in that pink blazer! Looks like he spent his year pining for Koh. 🤣

As for Daddy AI, Koh is still gonna Koh. I'll kill for a series with just Koh doing Koh things.

THIS! This was where all of Pheem's problems escalated. Had he realized that you can't make someone have feelings for you even if they met you first, he would've been able to go to his next victim eons ago.

But Pheem deserved what was coming for him. Jira was his kryptonite and he couldn't believe that a player like him would've gotten his comeuppance.

I only makes exceptions for my 3 ships, but in order for me to watch BL, the storyline must be interesting. Never watched a TayNew BL series either, but the BLs I watched from last year to now were all right.
