Season 1 was okay and I enjoyed it but what just happened here ? I couldn't watch without skipping everything.

I don't get the last scene?

The barrier prevents demons and immortals not humans.
I guess her master didn't think she could escape the lock.
I'm thinking he's too weak to help because he's human.

I enjoyed this drama, sure has its faults but I liked it :>
