why did they have to seperated in the end?? i still dont understand
because at the end one of them was set to get married with a woman he had been dating. Their relationship was a secret, their friends and family didn't know they were homosexuals nor were they planning to come out. so eventually when one of them was going to get married they decided to end their secretive relationship and move on despite loving one another; that's the harsh reality of many gay men and women in korea.
I'm slightly confused. All three died, right? But then at the final scene when the mom moves the picture that says 'drop a line if you're alive.' -- she sees a line from Dong-gu/Ryuhwan telling her not to be sick. DOES IT MEAN HE'S STILL ALIVE? but there's no way, he's definitely dead. I'm a little confused.
Really disappointed at the end of the drama. Many questions were left unexplained. What eventually did happen to Lee Hyunjae from 1994? How can Hyunjae keep existing in 2017 when he was pulled out of 1993? I also really didn't like Hyungjae x Wooseung pairing, SLS right here. It was funny and light, quite nice but the ending ruined it for me.
Really dislike her acting. Shame they gave her such a horrible character to play in Cinderella and the four knights, it was a lead role and she could've gotten a lot more attention if the character wasn't so poorly written.
The description for this drama is horrible, honestly. I understood it as something different until I read the description on kissasian. I suggest that someone edits it.
Awesome movie! Very touching. I rewatched final scene over 50 times! Do you know where can i find soundtrack?
the song is END by Joung. (조웅).
If I'm not wrong the studio version you can buy on NAVER or MNET or even itunes. There's a performance of the original singer on youtube.
I just watched it, I didn't understand most of it but I could feel the emotions, especially the angst between…
The general idea is that they're a closeted student and a closeted teacher who want one another but the teacher is having a difficult time accepting it for the fact they're both males and they're student and teacher. The student is much more true to his feelings and sexuality so he keeps pursuing the older guy after seeing him in a gay bar or something like that.
-- slight spoiler alert? Just gonna share what's happening in this movie to those who don't know Korean. (I was told, didn't translate it on my own.)
So apparently, they both served in the military and fell in love with one another. Ki-Tae is still in the military and is wearing uniforms during the whole movie. Joonyeong was released therefore, no uniforms. Joonyeong came to tell Ki-tae he's moving on from whatever relationship they had and live a 'normal' life with a new girlfriend. Unable to accept it, Ki-tae who's still very much in love with the other, takes him south after giving him sleeping pills. Whatever happens there, happens. You can watch the movie. Also. Ki-tae told him he's planning to leave the military -- desertion from the military which he'll be severely punished for.
I watched it about a few months back, last year and I was utterly impacted by it. I was horrified but I don't regret watching it at all. I'm glad I did. I was crying so hard that I had a headache. I had this heavy feeling on my heart for about three four days and it always popped into my head but yeah, it was impacting and the acting is just amazing. I wish the kids so much luck in their upcoming career! they did a splendid job!
OMG this was way too disturbing. I'am sry but I don't like movies like this. It was just too horrific. I can't…
I agree with your shock over such graphic pictures. However, this indeed had warnings saying its too graphic. Plus, when the kids got the script they had the choice to choose. This isn't perverseness, what you're saying is extremely incorrect. This is a peak to the real world you live in. Also, their acting was amazing and this movie probably helped their career for being able to show such emotions and touch the viewers. This movie that you say is 'so horrible' in fact made people open the case. At the end of the movie -- since you haven't watched -- the criminals didn't get severe punishments at all but after this movie was published the case was re-opened and they got re-judged and got heavier more severe punishments so the fact this movie changed things for the better is worth a round of applause. It's one thing not to watch the movie, but it's another when you bash on it.

He cried because she died and felt guilty or because he fell for her and loved her?
HELP.
