It was okay.
I liked it but it wasn't the greatest. Actors pretty much saved this series. Main couple acted pretty good but overall production was not the greatest for me. Especially the way they recorded actors and the music effects added later on. For me it was pretty bad. I think it was actually sometimes destroying the vibes actors were trying to make. I've seen youtubers editing their music effects better. I expected better quality to be honest but still actors made the best out of it and made this drama interesting.Was this review helpful to you?
They had better series.
I kinda expected more. Somehow in this series I felt like they are lacking chemistry or maybe characters didn't fit them that much. I didn't felt romantic mood and the story is really all over the place. Music don't help to create mood. Sometimes it doesn't fit at all. Many times it looked like they only shoot the scene once because the amount of mistakes or clearly not planned scenes was huge. It's just generally speaking not that well planned. I kinda blame producer and production stuff for it but to be honest it also kinda felt like supporting actors actually acted better than main couple and that surprised me because I've seen them acting much better in other series. The fact that full version is for people having membership is not that greatest idea and the cuts where they say it before every episode are just irritating... You can easily find full episodes on other sites so making it like that will just make them loose views. Visuals are as usual great they are both good looking but it's not enough to make me repeat this series.Was this review helpful to you?
It's okay for lazy night.
It's typical Japanese acting when they make adaptations based on manga they can act similarly to how it was portrayed in manga. It's not realistic behaviour but seeing them acting as close to manga characters as possible is so funny. Haruto is super charming and the contrast between them is also visible. Overall despite this series being short and not having some deep story it's worth watching if you've already watched everything that's great.Was this review helpful to you?

I was surprised
Honestly when I read about idol and non celebrity romance I thought it will be superficial story without any obstacles but I was surprised that they actually tried to show challenges with dating someone popular and within music industry.For me story was very immersing. I felt connected to characters and even cried few times. I really like the acting.
Although title suggest that it is mostly ThamexPo romance focused I think It would be even greater if every member of group had it's own story more developed. It would feel more meaningful for the viewers to see all of their colours and make story more memorable.
I really liked rap battle episode. Their rap was actually good. It made this episode really exciting.
Dancing was so-so but honestly in comparison with other dramas when actors were dancing it was actually not bad.
It was more on the cute side when it comes to romance part and a little bit unrealistic but emotions were portrayed well so I didn't mind that much.
One thing I was iffy about is characters changing opinions that quickly. Like for me that part was the most unrealistic.
In conclusion it's a little bit on cute side romance. Story is fine but if they would put a bit more attention to it it would be great drama.

Not great but not bad
Acting was good. Kissing 5/10 it seemed tense for me. It was nice that they used original music but I felt like they overused songs to the point of them actually being kinda boring the same with choreographies and sound effects when something funny was happening.Story was the weakest point of this drama in my opinion. I've watched it all but fast forwarded through episodes because it was making me bored actually. Too many love confessions and not much tension. Unrealistic and too optimistic but it's okay drama for casual watching. It won't give big rollercoaster of emotions but if you like silly and cute dramas it will be a nice choice.

My favorite BL drama
This drama is a gem. One actor (Gun) playing two roles and he nailed them both. Off is also brilliant actor. Story is amazing. They could have really got in trouble for addressing so many social and political issues in Thailand but it's an eye opening series and to top that they are adding so many interesting characters and BL love story. It's like the director decided to take all controversial sides of society and put it in one drama. Neverending battle between poor and rich. Those in power vs controlled ones. Yeah addressing those issues is interesting enough. Even without BL part it would be an awesome drama but the romance between Gun and Off is adding so much to it. Music is very pleasant and scenes are shoot beautifully. Story is a little bit inconsistent sometimes and some plots are not resolved but for limited screen time they did amazing job.Was this review helpful to you?
It's really intense.
Story is so-so but chemistry between actors and spicy scenes are the best I've ever seen in BL dramas. They will surely make you excited. They act well even if for NuNew it was the first drama, he did amazing job. Also his vocals are truly beautiful. I feel in love with his voice. It must have been hard...
Seriously I wonder who to blame director or screenwriter. Story is all over the place. Characters change form evil to kind and from kid to evil in 10 minutes and there is literally nothing new or creative I get from this series.It seems like making series only for the sake of making them. Is it even worth investing so much money and time if the series doesn't have coherent story? Where is the artistry of making a movies or dramas.
There is so many not finished plots or stories that were not explained properly. Like the whole president illegitimate child. Which is apparently similar age as the grandson is honestly so silly. It's not like it's impossible but whole cheating thing was not explained enough.
The first wife and mother of president kids is nowhere to be found or mentioned. Now this kind kid helping old man to find home and working hard at bakery decides in an instance to be bad, take over the company and get rid of his "nephew" I guess for money and power as if it was his motive since the beginning.
Like any person who ever worked in a company even for a little while know that there is no way to easy manage things on your own especially without any experience, knowledge and connections. It's scary and shareholders would never agree to participate in downfall of the company. Yet new wife and her son feel qualified to do it? If they would be spoiled Nepo babies it would be more convincing but them working at the bakery and then wanting to be CEOs makes it so unrealistic.
Another one is with vault. You are telling me that vault that can be open only by code or blowing it up can get plumbing and bathroom installed easily and like no one noticed it? The person is being held hostage there and obviously never get sick. For a whole year or more no one needs to enter this vault to get money? 😂
I mean I could go for ages on how silly this drama is but in all honesty I'm tired of actors trying to save the series and cover up bad scripts by trying to act well. Not enough criticism is directed towards directors or screenwriters and actors are the one blamed for the whole movie or TV series disasters.
Honestly I thought it will be great but as the story progressed and new ridiculous ideas were introduced I started to feel like the ending is not going to be well executed and I was not wrong. They tried to resolve it by finishing it all in one episode. It felt so flat and unsatisfying. Nothing actually had it's closure as if they would want to make season 2. Ridiculous idea with that sloppy writing but if they don't make it that would be even worse because ending it like that is pure disaster.
It must have been hard for actors to deliver whatever this show wanted to deliver because I still don't know.

It was okay
Generally speaking it was not bad. Both actors were good at showing their characters but chemistry between them could be better. There was not many romantic or intense scenes.Story was so-so. It was more about killing then about romance. Fighting scenes could also be better. Generally speaking it's one of those okay series nothing super groundbreaking.

Weirdly addictive.
Although this drama is pretty short I must say that quality is very high. Actors are very skilled and crate great chemistry between each other. Music is awsome. All the graphic effects and production is also great. Even actors playing supporting characters are great. It's not a BL filled with spicy scenes but rather soft, funny and smart love story. Story is very original. Nothing I've ever seen before. I already repeated this drama many times and in my opinion it is one of the best korean BL drama.Was this review helpful to you?

Overrated - lack of attention to details
I admit I don't like open ending but not taking this into consideration I don't know why people are being so hyped about this drama. They really didn't do great job when it comes to production of this drama. Main lead actor playing Wang isn't really great at acting in my opinion or they just did really bad job at creating his character. One time he is scared of everything and shy and after 10 minutes he is kissing random guy and being center of attention... They show girls going crazy about him at the beginning. After 5 minutes everyone is ignoring him and he is an outcast and another 10 minutes and everyone loves him again... Super inconsistent story. Besides this crickets in the last episode were so loud that every bit of mood there was basically destroyed. Also showing guys running around on the field with naked butts but obviously main lead never took of his shirt because he probably is fit and would be to ripped to fit the character. This super exaggerated morning wood even by size that basically didn't add anything to the story and was so unnecessary. Both of these scenes were just wrong and totally not needed. At the beginning the story progressed kinda well but then they started to add episodes that didn't add anything new just prolonged the story. Half of the drama was them taking tests. Overrated
Idea of the plot is okay execution is tragic.Story is all over the place and many times doesn't make sense. They started tons of topics and didn't explain half of them. I don't know who wrote script but some scenes seems as if they were recorded without it. It's neither good comedy nor action or romance. If you want to watch something with more romantic scenes then don't waste your time.
Music and editing doesn't match scenes and don't create any type of atmosphere.
Cast is handsome but because story is so badly written acting to it must have been hard so sometimes acting is also boring to watch.
I planned to drop it after 3 episodes but I waited till 9th because I thought it would get better. It didn't and I feel like I wasted time on this.

Very good drama
This drama have one of the spiciest scenes I've seen in BL dramas till now. Actors played it very well and fighting scenes are also great. It's a title I would re-watch because of those scenes and charismatic characters. I gave only 8 in general because I think the story developed to quickly and they would be able to make two seasons of it if only they would spend more time on each character. It would be one of the greatest BL drama of all time then for me. Music was nothing special. Not very good not bad, that's why 7. The comedy, action and spicy scenes were played very well by actors but I've seen better romance scenes that's why only 9. Otherwise it would be 10/10. Still I highly recommend to watch. Drama was okay. Some actors could improve their expression but generally speaking it's not bad but storyline was to long. It could be done in like 8 episodes but they kept dragging it for so long.I kinda regret sitting through it all. I don't understand why they are making k-dramas so long if it's not necessary. Is it really that profitable to make actors shoot for so long. Spend so much money on locations and so much energy? Wouldn't it be more time and cost efficient if they made like 8 episodes that are fully entertaining packed with content?
It would also make more people rewatch the show. Although it was okay I won't rewatch it because it wasn't that special. If you have a lot of time to spend go ahead but it isn't one of those groundbreaking shows that you won't forget. Also announcing the final culprits and their motives wasn't really that enjoyable. The reasons why they did it and the final episodes were underwhelming.

Top quality
Movie and the whole series is just masterpiece. They scenes were shoot so beautifully. The story is immersing and I binged watched it several times. I just love the whole series, acting and chemistry between actors. That quality is what I search for. Both actors were amazing but Hira was incredible. How he could play and show progression of his personality and love. Man I miss seeing series like that. Highly recommend.Was this review helpful to you?
