I would like to comment on the lack of punishment for the second leads. I waited, expecting that the second leads would be punished, either put in jail or death, but no. I have never seen a TV series where "wrong going" is not punished. Forgiveness is not punishment. Society has a vested interest in punishing wrong doers. In the 1930s, the Motion Picture Academy adopted a code of ethics which mandates that criminal conduct be punished. US tv has a similar code of ethics. I wondered why such a code had to be adopted, but this series shows why such code is needed. Viewers may get the idea that committing criminal acts has no consequences. In keeping with the film theme as Rocky Balboa said in the movie Rocky TRHC could have been a contender.

I have never seen a baby cry so loud and long as baby Sol scenes with useless. Everyone involved should be ashamed when you have to use an infant for dramatic effect.

I believe you are right. JH is sterile, which expains, but does not excuse, his reaction to keeping HA.

I would like to comment on how the issue of child custody is being dealt with in the show. First, no one other than YD is legally a parent. Just because a petition has been filed does not give that person parental rights. Unfortunately, giving into the bullying gives the bully more than he is entitled. Secondly, at the hearing to establish parental rights/custody, the non custodial parent will be given very little visitation, maybe 2 hours a week at most since the child is an infant The visit will be supervised and the non custodial parent will have to demonstrate that he can take care of an infant. Moreover, in most Family courts, the child has his/her own representative so the interest of the child is protected. As an aside, it is interesting how nameless decorated a nursery for HN. The nursery lacked imagination. TK put a lot of thought into he's nursery. I am worried that the program will those going through child custody issues/ domestic violence issues that they are helpless since the bully always gets their way.

I like to comment as a former burearcrat and retired lawyer. The records clerk has been criticized for giving the petition for recognizing paternity to he shall be nameless. The clerk cannot question why a person wants the form. If it available to the public, he/she must give out the form. Nameless only has filed a petition, and has tried to use it to bully others. Since a petition was filed, that is why YD was served with a notice so a court hearing can be held Any lawyer worth his or her salt will make nameless take a DNA test to conclusively establish paternity. I see a court battle and a surprise result on the DNA test.
