You know with time I got to accept that the problem with shipping culture isn't that companies want to make money (duh they aren't a charity organisation) but it's the people that don't understand it. It's those that are delusional enough to ruin the actor's personal life and space, the managers or actors that overdo it or the derogatory comments from people that think it's something to look down on. Shipping, when done right, can be a beautiful beautiful thing( though I'm too traumatized to ever try it again). I think cps that have been together for a long time can flex that it's because they are profitable which is indeed the maker or breaker, it's not something to be salty over. The only plague is the overbearing delulus🙂 and the restrictions to acting( but gmmtv only does this for bls, nactors are free to act in any other thing). Lol and krist is already a great actor with amazing chemistry with virtually everyone he's worked with. Not a gawin fan but I've heard same goes for him. Either way, finger's crossed no permanent cp, it's all over when the series ends

Sadly that's not how gmmtv operates. The whole point of a bl series for them is the birth of a profitable cp. I can't criticise too much though, since they actually invest in productions and have practically all their series available on YouTube for free

True. But I also hope he doesn't let that company dictate his life. Krist practically regards gawin as one of his own and knowing him that won't change regardless of the outcome, but the cons of a permanent cp for him greatly outweigh the pros.

You can't gatekeep people you have carefully slowly gotten to know and love because of their sincerity and kindness from random hypocrites with their 'woke' hot takes.First I had to watch fetishizers harrass krist and his girlfriend because he committed the crime of pioneering a bl and being straight, tag him as homophobic when he got fed up and lashed out, make him the punching bag of BL stans and routinely send him hate tweets n death threats as a bonding ritual. Ironically all the supportive LGBTQ posts he has been posting for years is not as useful as simply acting in another BL. Now some people suddenly think he's 'changed for the better' or his non existent acting skills have suddenly improved. Seeing people seriously discussing if he should be 'forgiven' or not irritates me in a way I can't explain. It's fine though. This too shall pass

This series is honestly amazing and the chemistry is off the charts, but to me it's still not worth the nonsense krist will have to swallow if gk becomes a permanent cp. I can accept that gmmtv refused to give him another BL (with or without singto). I can accept they didn't sue accounts for misinformation way back in 2020 and let things escalate to the hell it is now. I can accept the spike in hate tweets and death threats he faced once gawin was brought in. But I can't accept them making him go through all of this ALL OVER AGAIN. Especially now that he has a career outside a ship. So while I think gawinkrist friendship is honestly really beautiful and that gawin is actually a charming, talented and amazing person, I hope that this series will just be used to give gawin the exposure he deserves and then find another amazing cp, if a cp is really needed, while krist either leaves the company or stays on as a solo artist. That being said, whatever the outcome, I'll adapt I guess.

I've been rewatching ep 6 (esp pt2) and I just? I've followed krist from the start and I KNEW he had that x factor but he's gotten so good recently that I'm finding it hard to adapt to. His Natee in who are you was like a turning point. Then korn in war of flowers was a revelation. Don't even get me started on hey in good old days(this show made me fall for Khun waasuthep's skills). Now kawi is...ahh I can't find the words. He was shooting for this and the jungle at the same time where he's a playboy potential villain and I just KNOW hack is going to wow me as well, snap25 production know their stuff. I want MORE challenging roles for him please😌
