I am genuinely sad that the ratings are dropping. Sure, this might not be an absolute masterpiece deserving a 9 like the top ones, but in my book this should be getting between 8.5 and 8.8 (not so far from the current rating, but I know some people who don't bother watching dramas whose rating is lower than 8.5 on mdl, so).
Yes, it is corny. Yes, we have seen many similar tropes/scenarios before. But does it include a good cast, chemistry, and heartthrobbing scenes that I need to rewatch afterwards? Yes. Do I smile, laugh outloud and punch my pillow while watching this? Totally. Does it include, so far, a good kissing scene? The last episode did not disappoint. This is kdrama romance doing what it used to be known to do best - cliché, fluffy love stories which do not take themselves too seriously.
The main fault I find with this one is the pacing and the length of the episodes - but despite this it keeps me entertained and excited. Don't give up on this drama if you like romance and you're looking for a good time
