Broker was not good. Yes it went to cannes but it wasn't good. There is a reason you all never mention this movie quality, just the fact it went to cannes. No one cares about this movie which went through controversies . All the actresses who had a movie competing at Cannes won awards except her. Persona was not good. Where was the audience for Broker and Dream ? She has 30 millions followers but where were the 30 millions admissions ? Netflix didn’t let this drama go. All the drama’s arent released on Netflix though and Disney signed a deal with MBC, that is why in your radiant season and perfect crown are released on disney. Stop thinking this drama is a mandatory Netflix. If netflix wanted this drama they would’ve bought the rights because netflix is the biggest platform in south korea and worlwide.

Kim jiwon should have been the female lead. I don’t think IU is suited for this role. Kim jiwon did a similar role in QoT and it was a success, Queen of Tears is TVN highest ratings thanks to kim jiwon, Perfect crown would have been a success if kim jiwon was the female lead but since the female lead is miscast, this looks cringe. MBC and IU are trying to have a similar success to QoT but everything is different.. from the acting, the actors, the director, writer and outfits.
