I’m honestly so emotional because the acting and the script are SO good. I know the color grading is quite bright and almost feels a little too modern for a story set in 1932, but somehow it doesn’t take me out of the story at all.
I didn’t expect to get this emotionally invested. Somehow, I get carried away so easily with this series. The actors are just SO good with their lines and expressions. There are moments when you can literally see the intensity in their eyes, and before I even realize it, tears are already coming. 😭 The emotions feel so raw and convincing.
And the chemistry?? The way they look at each other says so much without needing to say anything. I genuinely feel like I’m experiencing their emotions with them.
I’m actually holding off on Episode 8 because I KNOW I’m going to need to wait for the next episode after that. 😭 I don’t think I’m emotionally prepared for another week of suffering.
