I loved this show so much because it's insightful I'm glad it's bringing awareness to juvenile delinquency and how the courts and other govt. bodies deal with it. It's different and I hope it's renewed for a second season. I love the main lead and her approach in sentencing the young offenders while holding their guardians accountable.Totally recommend it if you're passionate about child advocacy, children and the law and social work too.
I'm on episode one and I'm already bored. It's 2022 and a drama portraying Africa as poverty stricken is lazy writing and being willfully ignorant. They should atleast have the decency to specify which country in Africa. Y'all can watch though, personally this isn't for me.
If you are a crime /serial killer junkie like me you're gonna looooove this show!! You won't regret watching it. Best one so far I've watched. Highly recommend.
I really hate these plots too and not only in dramas, I see these kind of plots being repeated again and again…
I feel you. I remember reading a lot of mills and boons and Danielle Steels books then I grew up and realized they were glorifying toxic relationships where men were always emotionally distant and women had to behave according to their whims at the expense of their own emotions. This show is a perfect example of that and I get that there are people who get off watching such and there are a lot of restrictions in China on what they can write about but I'm pretty sure healthy relationships as a trope isn't banned.
