Gendli

When I just started watching it I was honestly in love, it was such a great series, but the last few episodes were definitely lacking in a lot of places.
But I do want to start with the things I liked.
I loved the story/plot and the way they executed it as well.
Music was also a good part of the series.
Acting was exceptional, all the emotional moments were shown beautifully, I honestly fell in love with the main characters acting.
Main characters and their differences, I honestly adored them a lot. Actors did a great job showing them to us.
I loved the Fu Li Kung's father, he was like a fresh breath of air after what Cheng's father did. The way he was supporting them was really cute.

Now to the things I didn't enjoy as much.
Fu Li Kung in the last episodes, I don't know what authors were thinking, but they absolutely made him into a full new character. I didn't understand why he would do what he did. A lot of the things he did and said were crazy out of character and felt like I was looking at the different person.
I wasn't the biggest fan of the side couple, for me, they were kinda just there. While the actors did a good job, the characters themselves weren't really a match for me personally, and I didn't felt much chemistry. At the same time, I did like the daughter and the way she was so supportive of her father's relationship.
I think the bartender Nikita storyline was really unnecessary, it was short and had no sense. We didn't get any backstory that would help us understand her and her feelings better, so in the end I was just bored by it and even slightly annoyed.

Overall it was pretty enjoyable to watch and ill definitely will rewatch it in the future!
