Could've been 8 or 9

When I just started watching it, I was super excited and hyped for it, but the further it went, the worse it got.

First thing's first I want to say that there was almost no romance from the main couple until the very end, while they did end up together there were almost no romance or story really leading to that. They just kinda jumped into it.
My mistake was that I started watching this series mostly for the BL romance part of it and not as much for the story itself, which I instantly regretted.
But I did after all only enjoy this series for the side characters and the overall story with the students going through the training. The struggles and obstacles they got on their way and the character's development, it was pretty enjoyable to witness all of that. Sadly I cannot say the same about other things.
I liked the comedy side of the series, it wasn't annoying and good timed in my opinion.

Now the things that made it a 7.5 for me:

1. So much of an unnecessary and out of character drama. What I'm talking about is a conflict, if you can call it that, surrounding Ba-Mhee, Tae and Judy. What was this even about? I guess it was added to show Tae's and Ba-Mhee's personal growth. But I'm sure there were so much more ways of doing it without adding some insane drama with cheating.
While I can slightly understand why Ba-Mhee do what she did, the fact that Judy—the person that was shown to us as a very professional, smart and mature woman. Not only kissed Ba-Mhee back, but also had thought's about getting together with her afterwards, makes no sense. I might be wrong, but that was extremely out of character for her.
The fact that Tae just blamed himself in everything and then immediately forgave Ba-Mhee made my blood boil. That was insanely stupid, and I would probably enjoy it so much more if there was none of this absurd drama.

2. Not enough romance from main couple. Since I already said about that, I just want to add some more context to why in my opinion there were not enough romance. Firstly, for the first half of the series the two main characters rarely interacted at all not only romantically. I would prefer if there were at least some kind of friendship leading to them getting together, instead we got Ryan confessing his feelings out of blue, blushing around Jane for few days and then them becoming a couple. It's just honestly felt really disappointing to look at them act like that.

3. Jane suddenly disappearing for 5 years. Okay so that just left me confused, not the fact that Jane went to study, because that I was fully supporting. No, the fact that he literally disappeared for 5 years without contacting the person he supposedly was in love with. And then trying to justify it all by saying that the only reason he wasn't keeping in contact with him is because he was scared that he would miss him too much and come back earlier. That is one of, if not, the stupidest thing I ever heard. I would understand if it was for a month or something, but even then he should've at least warned Ryan that he won't be keeping in contact with him for the time being. But FIVE years is insane, and the fact that he came back and acted like nothing happened expecting Ryan to just take him back like he didn't just leave for 5 freaking years makes me so upset.

Other than that, I did enjoy watching this series to some degree. I might even watch again in some future, but of course the next times I will at least be prepared for some absurd moments this series has to offer.

Sweet and fun but rushed

It was definitely nice and heartwarming, but it felt like it would be even better if the series were longer, otherwise the story felt rushed.

I liked almost everything about it, there were no unnecessary drama and no stupid jealousy over nothing. You know, in a way it felt refreshing, I started with little to none expectations and the first episode felt kinda mid, but the closer I was to the end the more I wanted this series to be longer. The music was good, and the food looked really appetising. Characters were really cute and actors had some chemistry.

But if I had to talk about the things I disliked about it, it would be these two things:

1. Not enough romance, it was enjoyable and warm but in my opinion there were just not enough skinship, not enough kisses, not enough even basic holding hand's. Of course, they had their cute moment's, but I would just love if there were more of them.

2. Too short/rushed. As I previously said, this series felt rushed. Especially the story around why Gi Hun were so against drinking alcohol as well as selling it in his restaurant. While they did tell us why, it was so short and seemed like it was an unimportant part, while it's literally a thing that the whole series is build around. The same goes for the fact that Gi Hun started drinking alcohol towards the end, I was supportive of his boundaries around alcohol, so I was caught of guard when this man bent under no pressure and just started drinking. While, yes, he wanted to change and understood that maybe his views were a bit harsh.
It doesn't change the fact that there were actually no time in between him screaming at people because of his hate for alcohol and him drinking like it's water. And it's again comebacks to the point that the series were definitely rushed because otherwise they could've done much better job if only they had more time.

Cute and short

This was pretty cute, and I liked how he reacted to the various versions of his boyfriend in ways I didn't necessarily expect!
It's nothing crazy, but sometimes something simple and short is great. The idea was really creative, and I would say it was implemented very well.
I wouldn't mind if it was a bit longer, but even so it was pretty good!
My favourite thing about this short film just has to be the meaning behind it all, and the ending, it was very sweet!

Interesting, sweet and mature story

It's great, I loved it a lot. I was a bit unsure about watching the second season, especially after watching the special episode, but I'm really happy that I watched it after all, because that was perfect!
I do appreciate the maturity that this show has, especially with all the themes that were included here. The mental health problems and the problems that some people have to go through because of them.

The main couple was great and had an interesting story line. I was a bit disappointed when I realised that the dinner with main character's father that Shi De suggested won't be shown to us. I think that would be a great way to show that their previous conflict is resolved, or at least they are working on it.
I did however was really pleased to see main character's dialogue with his father, I'm happy that father found his peace and accepted main character because that's what makes him happy.

I also really enjoyed the side couple, I was extremely happy for them even in the first season, after i first time saw them interact with each other I was hoping that they could at least be good friends, so I was really happy when I saw them together.

Of course, I would prefer for CEO and Pei Shou Yi to have more of a happy ending, but as much I wanted it, I'm more than pleased with how everything ended. Not everything in this world is rainbows and unicorns, so I cannot expect a happy ending from a "couple" that was doomed for the worst before it even started.
I did enjoy the second season a bit more than the first.

Will definitely rewatch it again!

First impression

YouTube playlist: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLszepnkojZI7uWKLBqfRqXvmH3uACl2iw

Episode 1:
So far, I like it a lot, and I'm excited to see more. But unfortunately I am one of those people who were wishing for a happy ending (because I believe that while realistically in real life this situation would've not ended necessarily well, people who have a religious background or religious trauma deserve to get their happy ending despite what their "God" wants), but from the way it started, I could sort of tell that it would either have a sad or a bittersweet ending.
Of course it's all just my theories, and it might end up with a happy ending regardless, but I am still a bit sad because I don't really believe it.
Still though, I can tell for sure that I will love this series regardless of the ending it will have because already I'm obsessed. It has good acting, great cinematography, and, of course, GeminiFourth chemistry is, as always, off the charts. So yeah, I'm excited for more. I'm sure they won't disappoint.

Episode 2:
Love seeing the way they portray how Tanrak's and Barth's feelings grow. First into friendship and then slowly something more.

Episode 3:
"I'm not God's favorite son either." It has to be one of the best lines in the history of BL series.
So far this series is definitely exceeding any expectations.

Episode 4-5:
I really enjoy Master Phak's story, even though there hasn't been much to see about it. It is still quite interesting.
I also really like Cherry and Phai as characters. The way they helped Tanrak and Barth sneak out and go have a little date is just so nice.
Also, I really didn't expect Keen to be a character in this series as well as Sea, but it was more of a happy surprise than anything.

Too short for it to become any good

YouTube playlist link: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLNd7BhdAz80qVJk7itfRXCdPNMTvPAVYd

Things I liked:
1. Funny/silly moments.
2. Side characters.
3. Beautiful views.
4. Good acting.
5. The idea they had for the plot. The whole idea of the main characters switching their bodies was interesting and exciting, but they definitely did not have enough time to make the whole thing actually good.

Things I disliked:
1. Almost no chemistry between the main characters.
2. Everything is happening way to fast due to how short this series is.

Overall it was a nice and funny watch for the most part, but there wasn't much time for the main characters to open up more and have a genuine connection, in my opinion.

Truly incredible

So adorable, I really am obsessed with this series. This series has truly exceeded my expectations. While I thought it would just be like any other Japanese school romance, it is so much more somehow, and I love it.
This series had a strong start, and it successfully continued being absolutely fantastic.

Things I liked:
1. Kanata is growing a lot as a character. He went through a lot of changes throughout the whole series, and I really loved seeing him grow.
2. Akira's maturity and straightforwardness.
3. So many cute and sweet moments.
4. Great chemistry.
5. Supportive friends.
6. Overall maturity from both Kanata and Akira: I love that instead of running and hiding from each other, they confront their feelings.

Things I disliked:
1. Kanda!!! I don't know if I need to clarify that one, there is no reason for anybody to like him.

Overall I'm so happy I watched this series, and I definitely would say it's one of the best Japanese BLs out there in my opinion.

The end is inevitable

Even though i knew it was a possibility, the way it all ended broke my heart. This is an incredible work with one of the greatest representations in BL history.

GagaOOLala: https://www.gagaoolala.com/en/videos/7592/the-boy-and-i-who-will-break-up-in-100-days-2026-e01

Things I liked:
1. Acting. So good it felt real.
2. Scenery.
3. LGBTQ+ representation. I can really appreciate how this series shows so much about the real struggles all LGBTQ+ folks have to endure and go through. In my opinion, they did an incredible job at doing so.
4. Sexism representation. While I love that this series shows so much about the struggles that LGBTQ+ people go through, I also truly respect that they show the struggles other parts of society go through.
Specifically, I can greatly appreciate how they show what a lot of women go through with Mori Naomi and Kayano Shiho.
They both are female characters that are here to show/represent so much more than just being a female side character. That's why I really love this series so far; it's portraying real-life problems.
5. Postpartum depression representation. Even though it wasn't that long of a moment, it really is a big deal, and I love that they included it here.
6. The ending. While of course I had my moments of hoping for them to have their happy end together, I still loved the way everything played out, and I think they did their best.

Things I disliked:
1. Terrible communication on Itsuki's part. Sleeping with someone in your ex's house where you live for free because you have no job is a ballsy move for sure. I definitely lost a lot of respect for Itsuki after that one. While I understand that they are broken up, there are a lot of other reasons for why he at least shouldn't have brought this guy into Yuma's house.
This moment actually shook me, I genuinely didn't expect something like that to happen.
I really think it wouldn't have killed Itsuki to have a one-on-one adult conversation instead of whatever this was.

Perfect mix of beauty and pain

Overall this series definitely exceeded my expectations. It had a few things that I really didn't expect, which made me even more invested. Truly an underrated gem of a series.

Things I liked:
1. Magnificent acting.
2. Beautiful cinematography.
3. Su Bai. He is a great, supportive older brother, so mature and nice.
4. Su Bai breaking up with Yi Wei. I hated Yi Wei from the start, the way he treated Su Bai and everything else. So when Su Bai finally broke up with him, I was literally celebrating.
5. Pei Jia redemption arc.
6. Main character. Yes, he made a few mistakes here and there, but he is incredible, and following his story was really nice.

Things I disliked:
1. Pei Jia.
Pei Jia treated Su Yi like trash the whole time, seeing him as nothing more than some side character in his life. But as soon as Su Yi finally stopped chasing and left him, he finally woke up and realized that he misses him.
Despite everything, he at least had a redemption arc and changed for the best.
2. Yi Wei. Oh my god, what a spineless loser.
All he does is bend over backwards for anyone but his boyfriend. And even after Su Bai broke up with him, all he does is complain about him. Su Bai really deserves better.
He has absolutely no respect for Su Bai or Su Yi, saying that Su Bai is acting childish when clearly the only one being incredibly childish is Yi Wei.
He does make changes for the best in the end, but in my opinion it's way too late, and I personally couldn't forgive him.
3. Fang Ruizhi. This one is self-explanatory.
4. The pacing was a bit too slow for my liking.
5. Not dislike, but I personally would appreciate more if there was at least half of an episode with Pei Jia and Su Yi after they got their revenge and happy ending.

SWEET

It wasn't quite what I expected, but I still genuinely enjoyed this series for the most part. I do think some things could've been done differently for a better result, but overall this series definitely is worth the hype.

Things I liked:
1. The main character's dynamic is so wholesome. They are adorable together, I really like their opposite personalities.
2. Great chemistry.
3. All of the kind and romantic gestures Jeong Woo does for Jiwon.
4. Friends. They were so funny, and I loved how supportive they were.

Things I disliked:
1. Jiwon hiding his relationship with Jeong Woo from their friends. I understand that he is worried about people finding out and their reaction, but he is selling it far too hard and for far too long. Especially since they are their friends, hiding it from them is insane.
I also understand that it's his first-ever relationship, but his boyfriend clearly said that it hurts him, but he continued doing the same thing.
2. Jiwon pissed me off incredibly in the 7th episode. I just wish they didn't add all that drama in one episode.
3. I really wished for the side couple to actually become a couple. Instead, we just got teased a few times, and that's it. I really loved them together; they truly deserve a separate mini-series or at least a special episode.

Overall, as I said, I enjoyed watching this series and probably will rewatch it again someday!

So sweet it gave me toothache

Strongberry comes yet again with another beauty.

Omg I'm in love, seriously that was so good that my only problem with this mini series, is that it was too short.
From acting to camera work everything was so good, I was smiling like an idiot from start till the end.
The confession in the first episode almost made cry, the way everything was just so perfect about it.
That was definitely one of the best short series/films i ever watched.

100% new comfort series to watch when feeling down just to relive the happines it gave me.

Disgusting

Who needs a good plot when you can just put sexual assault in every scene and call it a day!

Not my first time watching it, I've watched it before probably around the time it came out and back then I didn't really enjoy it, but I also didn't realize all integrity of how bad things were.

I understand that the name is “Obsessed”, but there is a big difference between being obsessed and just sexually assaulting another person just cause you feel like it. It's hard to expect a healthy dynamic from something with this name, but they went beyond being unhealthy.
It is terrible, and it shocks me that there are still people trying to defend it and say that it's a masterpiece. A dumpster fire is all it is and there's nothing that can change my opinion on that, sadly.

Both too much and not enough

Both japanese and thai adaptations had their own goods and bads, but in my personal opinion, thai adaptation was quite underwhelming comparing to the japanese one.
Feels like they tried to do a lot of stuff and instead of doing less but good, they did a lot with much lower quality.

Things I liked:
1. Sweet and wholesome series with a lot of cute moments.
2. Music.
3. Kongthap is a big green flag.
4. Chinzhilla's concert. That was a cute reminder of the My School President.
5. University. I liked the way both couples had discussions about future studying and what their plans for the future are.

Things I disliked:
1. Quite a lot of product commercials. While I understand that it helps a lot GMMTV with producing other series, it's still getting annoying at a certain point.
2. Too many sound effects. I feel like it's an ongoing problem with some of GMMTV projects, and it is pretty irritating.
3. Too much low quality stuff. As I said before, they bit off more than they can chew, tried to do everything and ended up doing nothing.
4. Could've been shorter and wouldn't even lose much of the plot. At some point, this series started feeling too draggy.

Overall, it wasn't too bad, but I had higher expectations for it. Especially since it was GeminiFourth and they had two great projects previously.

GREENEST FLAGS

Underrated gem, can't believe I found it absolutely accidentally and haven't heard anybody talking about it before.
Green flag on green flag, so sweet and wholesome. This should be an example for so many bl series.
It was an incredibly good watch and I cannot stop thinking about it, it's just that good.

The things I liked:
1. Great communication. Main leads had a good way of communicating not only when they had problems or disagreements, but also when it came to communicating their boundaries.
2. Respect. While both main characters were really respectful towards each other, I really want to highlight the way God was treating Diew. He was so incredibly respectful when it comes to Diew's boundaries, without spoiling, I just want to say that this man deserves the world for that.
3. So much cute and sweet moments.
4. Nice funny moments.
5. Extroverts/Introverts. They did a good job at showing more in depth how it works and that being extrovert or introvert doesn't necessarily mean being outgoing and extremely social or being shy and quiet. That it's not just black and white and more of a gray area in the way that it's all depends on the person themselves and also who they are with and where.
6. Friends. Omg these friends were so wonderful, they were so supportive and so nice.
7. Side couple. I loved Beer and Wan, their story was super cute, and I loved them since the first episode.
8. Consent. I feel like a lot of bl's lack in that, but there's nothing better than mutual consent with lots of love.
9. Khun Shy!!! Not much to say here, he was definitely the star of the show.
10. Supportive grandpa.

There were only a few things I wasn't too fond of, but I didn't lower my rating because of them.
So things I disliked:
1. Voiceover. The voiceover at some moments were just plain bad, but it didn't upset me that much.
2. Drama with the mother in the last episode. I feel like it was quite unnecessary and just too much with everything else going on.
Other than that, I absolutely loved this series, and it easily became one of my comfort series that I will rewatch again and again.

Just kind of bland

It's a nice heartwarming series, but it is just a bit bland and boring.

Things I liked:

1. The side couple was quite cute, a bit more on a “toxic” side, but it's nothing crazy.
2. I really liked the dynamic between the main couple.
3. Lots of cute and sweet moments.
4. Series has an enjoyable humor.
5. A lot of supportive parents.

Things I disliked:

1. A lot of cliches and just overused stuff.
2. Overused sound effects.
3. Ten's father and his ways of disciplining and “educating” his son.
4. The way Unky reacted to his friends having “secrets” from him, while I can understand him being upset. His reaction was still quite jarring and the way he went about the whole situation was not the best in my opinion.
5. It is slow and could've been significantly shorter without even losing any of the plot.

Overall it was quite nice and enjoyable but would be much better if it was shorter.
