What's "hours viewed" vs "views"? That means people repeated the same episode without reloading = hours viewed?
To measure Netflix uses hours watched and completed viewing equivalents (CVE) These viewing hours are from Netflix’s global subscriber and Views/CVE works by dividing the runtime of the show by the number of hours watched.
