This drama was one of the most violent kdramas I've seen so far. I was getting bothered by how much violence the main 3 characters faced each episode. But that doesn't really matter, it's a drama, each writer has their own way of relieving stress! Also I'm absolutely in love with the song "Your Eyes" by Sunwoo Junga. This song is breathtakingly beautiful! I feel so many emotions listening to it. The perfect song for this show!
The whole Sigma story was very interesting and Kim Byung Chul can never disappoint. My only regret is that he was introduced too late. My seven year old nephew can take care of that sloppy Control Bureau with his toy gun. They should have introduced Sigma earlier, he is far more interesting. Also can we please get the back story of President Park now. Like come on, you're wasting two of the most badass supporting actors of SK! I wish they'd forget that shitty bureau and focus more on KBC and SDI's characters. These two ajusshis rock!
I thought Lee Ji Hoon was the oldest of the 4 main leads, such a clown! Choi Yu Hwa is so freaking gorgeous! I love their chemistry on screen. Go Geon and Hae Mo Yong fighting~

This drama has something very spine chilling about it. I've watched my fair share of serial murder/psychopathic killer tv shows but only few of them had this element. The murders in the first ep is very raw, I can't describe it properly but it was nerve-racking like I was in there. That's how you know the direction is good. Also the actors playing Han Seo Jun and Sung Yo Han are both so good. The only mistake I made is watching this while airing, then again I make this mistake every time!
Just finished ep 8 and the editing didn't bother me as much as I thought it would. I found the palace story/scenes more interesting than Ghost village. The whole ghost village story isn't touching me at all, I sound cruel but I don't really care about them at all. I'm more invested in how our fierce princess's gonna change the palace dynamics, and what scheme Hae Mo Yong's gonna cook next. These two ladies are on fire! And don't get me started on Go Geon, the SLS is strong with this one.
About Na In Woo, I think it's not gonna be easy on his part to portray On Dal since he's replacing the original actor. He didn't get the time Ji Soo had to get into character. So I'm gonna lower my expectations a bit about him, especially for ep 9 and 10, to make it easier for my viewing experience. He was pretty good in Mr. Queen and he accepted this role knowing the challenges. I respect that a lot. I'm not that bothered about the ratings here too, some people rate and review a drama after ep 1 and I honestly don't give a F about their opinion. I don't trust people who judge a book by its cover.
I feel so accomplished cause Kang Jin Mook was my #1 suspect! He was so creepy since the beginning. Everyone is suspicious in this show but he was the first in my list of suspects. Lee Dong Shik being the killer was just too obvious.
"The cheese and basil are practicing social distancing and tomatoes are in quarantine." XD That detective spying on Vincenzo is slowly turning into his fanboy lol Also I still like Hong Cha Young tho, hope they show her competence as a lawyer more. And Jang Jun Woo is the real chairman for sure, he's getting more suspicious each episode!
And the last scene, man! After all those years spent on kdrama, I did not see that coming! I was really surprised when the truck hit. I was sure that the man outside the restaurant asking for a cigarette was gonna stab him or something. I'll feel really bad if he's dead. I really hope it doesn't turn into another revenge drama with a mafia twist (feels like it might but let's see).
I can't pick a side! they both are such deliciously complex characters. and at the end of ep 3, with their respective creepy smiles, all my senses started tingling, this is gonna be fun !
I don't consider myself a hateful person, I try to stay calm since this is just a drama and the characters are fictional but that Bae Ro Na gets on my nerve so much! She is always standing opposite of her mother, what the heck she wants this time! She's so freaking annoying ! I'm putting this on hold for now, I don't wanna watch that same bullying storyline again and again.
