For the first question it's took some time for Ghosts (Outsiders) to understand what actually going on as well and that red shoes lady wasn't trying to scare that highschool girl is just that at the movement she can't control it, she was just trying to have conversation, it just that audience misunderstood at that time as there was no context. After Park Bo Young told her to seek light she understood wants needs to be done. And at the end that lady tells bus driver to find that highschool girl and tell her about light.
As for Detective I can give you his whole timeline.
1. Detective starts working on that old man's sucide case.
2. He sees that there is Noodles order and suspects Noodle shop owner as murderer.
3. Detective keeps tabs on Noodles shop owner but one day he sees him chasing a women with his scooter.
4. Detective thinks that Noodle shop owner is trying to commit another murder so he is chasing him and he catches him in middle of the road.
5. Noodle shop owner suprised that detective can see the Ghost lady as he should not be able to.
We learn that Noodle Shop owner is alive and have job as grim reaper who sent resentful ghosts to afterlife.
6. Now when they are fighting both get hit by a car and noodle shop owner protects detective resulting in his death and detective goes into coma.
7. Now when after finding light detective comes out of coma and in real world. He is alive but he learns that Noodle shop owner died.
8. Detective visits Noodle shop to meet with the Owners ghost. He meets with him and thanks for saving his life.
9. Now that Noodle shop owner is dead he needs to move on to afterlife but his job as grim reaper needs to be done by someone. so He gives his powers to Detective and responsibility to hunt resentful ghosts.
Detectives eyes have power of reaper in real world as resentful ghosts exists in real world who doesn't want go to after life or has not moved on yet.

I don't get what you are saying? what parts weren't link correctly? Everything makes sense in correct order.

WTF did I just watched? It did have some laughs but I just didn't get the whole point or Cops letting them go, I get that cop manipulate them to kill the drug lord but they also have killed alot of other people. So why let them go at the end?
And what's the point of that highschool girls revenge storyline? Younger brother said he will kill him thinking he is basically guy but next time we see the gir she is basically living with them, maybe she started liking younger brother I think and moved on.

Because he never questioned how she is able to talk or how he didn't hesitate to leave her behind.
the biggest hint is that Ji young her self said that he didn't remember him as she also suspected him to react differently.
As for little boy, He is pretty much alive and we didn't see him much because he survived and never went to coma so don't need to see him. He just showed up to thank that highschool kid who wrapped ball around him which saved him.

Bus driver went to afterlife, In the end scene you see him driving the bus in afterlife he is doing the same job. He is moved on. He is not remorseful.

It's written by same writer and takes place in same Universe. The drama also written by same comic writer . There is connection because the next story after Moving in webtoon is "Bridge". Which includes characters from webtoons Moving, Light Shop and Timing. Again also.Kang Full's Webtoon universe goes like Apartment (2003),Timing(2005), Neighbour (2008), Again(2010), Light Shop (2011), Moving (2015), Bridge(2018), Hidden(TBD).Out of all these comics Apartment and Neighbour are least connected. Young Tak (Time Stopper) first appears in Timing but there are also other time manipultors. We saw Young Tak first in Moving drama and Now again in Light Shop.So we will see him in Moving Season 2 as they will adapt Bridge story which is sequal to Moving. But also I guess Hidden as well. Because Frank and US Superhero agents were supposed to be villains in Hidden. They don't appear in Moving or Bridge webtoon. There is also Detective and Young Tak connection, In webtoon Detective is also a main character in Timing and Again. He knows Young Tak since Young Tak was in highschool but here that's changed.There also other grim reapers in this world.Kang Full must be having a grand plan for all the characters as I think He will also add new original stuff in season 2. He is currently writing script for season 2.

No they are not pretending they are being mentally controlled by MOM. MOM must have a trigger to activate them , other times they genuinely are a family it's just that with some trigger they get controlled. Just like how FL(Mother) can control anyone by saying "Attention". They must have gotten programmed before running the facility.

I love all the family members, they are perfect.
All the actors did great job, If this drama was on Netflix or Disney+ it would have been a huge hit.
I don't know if they have announced a season 2 or not yet but they need to as I wanna see what happens next. It ended up on an interesting plot twist.

They are not playing her, They are being controlled by MOM, MOM must have trigger from them to activate them to give her the reports.

They all are great hand to hand combatants with high pain tolerance. but it got a special trait or some sort.
Mother obviously can mind control people with her ability and can give them phantom pains.
Father is best hand to hand combatants with much more pain tolerance. He is basically a human weapon which can keep on killing with just his hands.
To me Grandfather's ability felt like Gon from Hunter hunter. It's basically Rock Paper Scissors where he keeps his one hand hidden and enemies never know what move he will use.
Twins both have same pain tolerance but they need much more training to get to parents level.
Jin Woo basically stacks her anger and goes into berserk mode in which I think her power levels increases by alot and she is more lethal.
Jin Yun is smart with computers and electronics also same time he can fight as well just need more training. I don't know if he really has an awakening or not. Maybe we will in season 2 if he really has something more special or not.

It's a dark comedy. There is lot of violence and gore but there is situational comedy which is keeps happening. The main family members is runway agent/assasins with special traits which are in hiding. They stumble upon a town where a serial killer at large and a crime family is operating illegal business. There I also a church which is run by a suspicious pastor.
it's a great drama as some scenes will be bloody but some will be hilarious as all the family members have nonchalant attitude towards the threats.

So what happened was Ji Young refused to go in afterlife and turned resentful because Hyunmin forgot her.
Hyunmin never remembered her even in that coma state he most likely pretend to remember her to get out from there. That's why he was so desperate to touch any light and never thought twice leaving Ji young behind.
Now why he forgot her is Kang Full left to viewers interpretation like Maybe she took her own life she severed their red thread connection of soulmates. Maybe it's was her punishment for her sin.
Now she has turned resentful and unable to move on, haunting Hyunmin to remember her. It's a tragic ending to their story. Not all stories get a happy ending.

It was Netflix deal, Season 3 is already shot it won't take much time to release.

No, Most probably there won't be as this is where story ends for all these characters as per webtoon maybe except detective. He just met the two main characters who will be in Moving Season 2. Detective may have role in Moving Season 2. but there won't be Light Shop season 2.

Yes he is still alive with a new power now. He basically took the job of guardian as old guardian ( Restaurant owner) died while saving him.
His job is now to hunt resentful ghosts.
You can clearly see him doing his normal day job in the morning while on night he seems to be ghost hunting.

I don't think any character died in Moving will come back as Ghosts. I am pretty sure "Bridge" doesn't have that type of story which is next webtoon in the story. Unless Kang Full decided to write something original plot but for Moving and Light Shop he stayed true to his source material of webtoon.

He survived because of that highschool student putting ball around that kid which took the impact and that kid float with ball. That little kid never went into coma.
We actually see him visiting that Highschool student in hospital where he gives Basketball to Park Bo Youngs character.

To me Won Young and Yu hui got happy ending as both Father and Daughter got united after all those years and now I'll manage Shop together. Both of them seem at peace now.
Sad about Hyu ju who lost her mother.

Saon Hae and Hye Won both got Happy ending to me where now they finally found a place where they can be together and Happy.

Detective got HE with he finally moving on from his divorce and lost child. Now focusing on new things, he seems happy with new job.
That Highschool kid also seems happy now that he got a new perspective about life.

Park Bo Young seems happy with job she is doing to help people.
